I don’t usually like name-dropping dealerships, but I have to be honest. I purchased two fully loaded Suburbans from Castle Chevy North, and yet, I still don’t feel welcomed or appreciated there. I barely get a proper greeting and often feel like a bother rather than a valued customer. The level of service and hospitality at Advantage is truly above reproach. bought this car in 2018 in the first year had problems with the engine and emission system. Heat shield underneath the car made noise for a few months before the deal finally found a solution . The engine got a crack around the 45k mark and Landrover replaced the engine. Ever since then I have had no problems except for routine maintenance with this car and just hit the 105k mark.

I must say that my experience buying a new Jaguar at Motor Werks was wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. So many in fact that I would consider myself an expert at buying a car. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. A real nice guy! Raul Tomsa was the manager who assisted in making the deal happen. He was equally knowledgeable and willing to work with me. Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Did business with them on and off over many years. They went from “OK” to “Excellent”. I own several luxury vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. I dread going to any dealership getting through the hole purchase spiel. But this time it was a pleasure. Purchased a new Range Rover. And they made the experience a great one. The sales lady (Viridiana) was very knowldgable and we got a fair offer on our tradein from the getgo. No games, no xx. If you take care of your Land Rover Discovery Sport it will take care of you. This is a good looking car inside and out. The brand itself holds its value. With proper tires this is a smooth riding vehicle. I highly recommend you experience it for yourself.

Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.

Read a few reviews. Warned about 20” vibration. Car has it. Found it comfortable HSE model. Has my interest but don’t think it is the one.

Outstanding vehicle ... gas mileage between 28-32 mpg. Oil changes a bit on the pricey side typically would not take to the dealer there are other options that are less expensive, other than that as long as its under warranty (and that is the case with any high-end vehicle) you are golden.

Absolutely love this car. Kids 3rd row works well and OK for adults over short distances. Great trunk space as tail gate is not angled like other vehicles. High end options such as cooled seats and even heated 2nd row seats. AMAZING in the snow, good mileage. Driven >90K miles, always used Landrover for servicing which has been ~$300 per year except when brakes and tires needed. Only issue was within first year with sticking tailgate which the dealer promptly resolved. Otherwise a great car. Highly recommended!

Sharp exterior looks, roomy inside, comfortable 12 way seats, peppy 2.0l turbo, ample rear seat legroom and cargo space, great warranty and tons of features. Drawbacks: Infotainment center needs upgrading as it's slow to respond sometimes. Other than that, it's a solid suv that is both stylish and has the off road ability Land Rover's are famous for..
