i had an excellent experience servicing my Land Rover and couldn?t be more impressed with Amanda . From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. They took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed, provided accurate estimates, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle now runs perfectly. It?s obvious that their technicians are highly skilled and take pride in their craftsmanship. The facility was clean, organized, and well-run, which made the whole experience even better. Customer service at this location truly goes above and beyond. I felt valued and respected, not rushed or upsold. I highly recommend this service department to anyone who owns a Land Rover and wants top-tier care for their vehicle. I will definitely be returning for all future service needs!

Ryan Schilt (our sales advisor) was phenomenal. My wife is a difficult customer, as it is hard for her to make a final decision on just about anything, especially a large purchase. Ryan truly spent about 15 hours with us, from start to finish (over 3 or 4 visits to your beautiful showroom). We live in Boca, thus we have closer BMW dealerships, however, none could possibly be as good as your dealership is/was. We visited a more local dealership before going to yours and the experience was not over the top, as your dealership is/was. I told Ryan he is a rising star at your dealership and I meant it. He knows how to deal with people well, he goes above and beyond what is required and I truly admire him for that. Ryan, thank you VERY MUCH - you are going to be star one day at Holman (BMW of FLL). Btw, Holman is a car dealership with over 50 locations across several high end vehicle brands. Holman started over 100 years ago and is currently in it's 3rd generation of family ownership. A wonderful, beautiful car dealership (to say the least). Everyone who works at Holman is a special person and will treat you right, from start to finish. A++ for Holman and all of it's employees. I truly mean all of the above.

We bought our Land Rover Defender (and several Range Rovers over the years) from Land Rover Ft. Lauderdale where we also have it serviced. Our service advisor for decades is Sharone Adwaney who is the best of the best. He always takes great care of our cars and us. Sales and service here is consistently outstanding.
