In today?s market with cars and car dealers, I know everyone hates going to the dealership when they?re about to purchase a new car, but I will say that my experience at BMW Las Vegas was not bad at all. I will also say that I didn?t necessarily need to buy a car in this vehicle. Purchase was honestly just for my play play Dad sports car when I initially went in I just wanted to test drive one of the 240?s they had in the inventory I had already done my research and I knew exactly what I wanted and the color that they had there I didn?t really like, but I just wanted to test drive the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable spending the amount of money on this vehicle considering this is my first BMW purchase. I went in and was immediately greeted by my cell person. Frederick and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and I told him I was just looking and he took me for a test drive in the vehicle and I knew that they had a vehicle in transit in the color that I wanted and they weren?t sure when it would come in. Long story short I test drove the vehicle that they had in the inventory and then said when the specific color gets here, just let me know and maybe we can talk numbers. 40 minutes after I left the dealership it just so happened that the vehicle I was looking at came off the truck so I did my budget. I knew what I could afford and then I asked for numbers out the door, including taxes and we negotiated and I was able to get a really good deal on this vehicle. The entire time I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle and I do think I could?ve gotten a little bit more off of the vehicle in regards to the price, but overall, my experience was pleasant. I think it also helped that I already had a preapproval from my credit union so the deal was essentially a cash deal. Lastly, I said I didn?t want to be in the dealership all day the next day when I went to go pick up the vehicle and do the paperwork and I will say that I arrive to the dealership in two hours later I was leaving with the car and that?s record time for any dealership purchase I?ve ever made. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience at Cavender Cadillac San Antonio I had an outstanding experience buying my Cadillac LYRIQ from Cavender Cadillac San Antonio, and it truly set the bar for how car buying should be. I initially shopped at Sewell Cadillac, but they were extremely greedy and unwilling to work with me. That’s when I called Martin Vara at Cavender. From the very first conversation, Martin told me Cavender would give me a deal I couldn’t refuse without seeing any other offers—and he absolutely overdelivered. At this point I knew this was my dealership. I didn’t need to go back and forth and shop around because Cavender put their best foot forward from the very beginning. Martin coordinated everything seamlessly. I spoke with the Sales Manager over the phone, we agreed on numbers quickly, and they immediately removed the vehicle from inventory. While I completed my credit application and paperwork online, they had the LYRIQ prepped and ready to go. Martin called to let me know everything was approved and ready for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership, the Cadillac facility was beautiful, and everyone was welcoming and professional. Within five minutes, I met the Sales Manager—super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. Any last-minute questions were answered clearly and honestly. While I was signing paperwork, Martin took the time to walk my wife through the LYRIQ, explaining all the features and giving her a full introduction to the vehicle. There were zero surprises—the numbers were exactly what we agreed on. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. That’s unheard of these days. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had—from sales, to management, to delivery. If you’re looking for a Cadillac (especially a LYRIQ), do yourself a favor and go straight to Cavender Cadillac San Antonio and ask for Martin Vara.

It was a long journey getting there due to 5 freeway closure caused by Yam xxxx' Vice President, but once I arrived, the greeting was fantastic, the dealership was beautifully maintained, the staff was excellent, and the purchase was one of the best. I've purchase numerous new cars, and this was one of the best experiences (even though it took a long time). I arrived 1/2 hour before they closed and they never tried to rush the purchase experience.
