I called ahead inquiring if a pre owned car was still available. Upon arrival. I was greeted by the sales associate, Chad. He was very personable and had the car ready and waiting for me. He went over the features of the car and we test drove it. When I went back to pick up the car, he again greeted me and was waiting for me.
