Great dealership with great people! Some of the complaints about wanting to return a car after driving it off the lot make no sense. If a car is out of warranty, buy a warranty. It is that simple. The customer is not always right, and it is frustrating to see people unfairly bash a dealership full of hardworking professionals. I had a great experience purchasing my 911. It was sold as is, and when they offered me a warranty, I made the responsible choice and bought it. That is just part of being an adult buyer. The process was smooth and professional. Do not let negative reviews from buy here pay here customers discourage you. This is a solid place to do business.

I contacted the dealership for a Flying Spur that I was Interested in. The sales manager, Saleem Beg contacted me promptly to send my all the information on the vehicle. He was very professional and helped out a lot in getting numbers to me in minutes. I couldn't come to the city to do a test drive, Saleem offered that someone can bring the car to my home which was a very generous offer. I went with another car but was really impressed with Saleem, definitely would recommend this dealership and will go to them in the future.

Overall it was a good experience. With what I wanted in options, they said here is what we have on the lot. If we were to bring in the car, it would cost money. Therefore, I researched other cars, other dealers, and was ready to work with someone other than San Diego Land Rover. I recently had the Check Engine Light come on in my 2017 Jaguar F Pace. I called Crown Jaguar and was informed that there had been a computer hack and many services were limited. My service adviser, Mike Kelly, texted me and made an appointment for the following morning. I arrived at 7:30 and Mike had my car in for a diagnostic test right away. At 8:30 I was told that the problem was an oxygen sensor and the part was in stock. Better yet it was covered by a Jaguar special warranty. By 9:30 the repair was done and my car was being washed. By 10:15 I was home with a repaired and clean car. I don't know what Mike Kelly and the Jaguar technicians could have done better. Absolute excellent service.
