Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Did business with them on and off over many years. They went from “OK” to “Excellent”. I own several luxury vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. I dread going to any dealership getting through the hole purchase spiel. But this time it was a pleasure. Purchased a new Range Rover. And they made the experience a great one. The sales lady (Viridiana) was very knowldgable and we got a fair offer on our tradein from the getgo. No games, no xx. Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. Today 11/13/2023 I went back and got my car! Please ask for James if you decide to visit Adam Auto Group he will not disappoint!

Bought a car for my Daughter, needed radio / GPS integrated system replaced. We took the car and they stood behind the repair of the car. The car is great and my Daughter is extremely happy with her car. I brought the car in for service and they said I didn’t need some of the services I requested which saved me money. They are honest and very nice to deal with.

Like the title states this is my second Rover. My first was a "99 HSE. I love these things. Very nice ride, good performance, classic style, and comfortable. The only down side is the fuel economy. However knowing I can go anywhere anytime, I'll deal with it. My family drove one of these years ago when we lived in central Africa so you know durability is well built in. My only real complaint is the mechanics of the car. My first Rover suffered engine failure when the aluminum block, steel sleeved design failed and the engine drew in all the coolant into the combustion chamber. $7500 to fix meant I had to sell it for parts. Not it's first or only coolant issue. The headliner sags, in my '02 as well. Lastly parts are expensive. Rediculously expensive! Most extended warranty programs wont cover any Land Rover product, and since Ford and then Jaguar have owned Rover they've only gotten worse. This sadly will be my last Rover product even though I love it. Despite all the bad, at least it not a Disco!

The owner was a very nice person who helped us feel comfortable when it came time to buy a car. There was no pressure or anything felt when there. They left us alone and gave us space when we needed it. And Nico, the finance manager took very good care of us.

I have owned an Audi A8, a 2017 BMW 740d XDrive MSport and a long time ago a Jaguar XJR. I now have a second hand 2017 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SD V8. I also own a 2003 LandRover Defender TD5. I traded the BMW because i preferred driving the defender most of the time. The Range Rover is a bit like taking the defender and mating it with the BMW....although I would say the BMW does not come close to the RR in terms of material quality. The Range Rover has the commanding driving position I so like in my Defender. And like the Defender it so easy to place on the road because you can see where the corners are (simples). However unlike the Defender you do not need to visit a chiropractor after a long journey it is supremely comfortable (equal or better than the BMW. The boot is massive (50% bigger than the BMW and you can fold the seats down on top of that) + it has a full size spare (no run-flats here). The car is a dream to drive with loads of driver aids. The only negative is I do miss having a physical control (iDrive) for the infotainment - I am not a fan of touch screens in cars. I am getting use to the voice control which is helping me stay away from the touch screen. The only thing it is not is a Sports car.

i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

I have the LWB version and purchased used under CPO warranty. It is loaded, we left no option box unchecked, and the comfort/refinement of the interior, supercharged V8, and ride are nothing short of stellar. Buying used and under warranty afforded an opportunity to buy relatively new at half the cost with confidence. Whether running errands in town, or traveling longer distances, it never fails to put a smile on my face while driving. There are certainly less expensive options, but nothing that came close to offering the same experience and motoring heritage of Land Rover. Arguably, it was introduction of the 1987 Range Rover to US soil that birthed our "obsession" with SUVs. Highly recommend.

We bought the Rover to give our daughters more room in the back seat and to have more cargo room. The luxury of the car is second to none and it has all the technology to get us where we need to go quickly and comfortably!

Almost like riding in an airplane. The seating is like sitting in your recliner riding down the road. The instrument panel also give you that airplane feel. The steering wheel has that ergonomic feel. The manufacturer has stop at nothing to make you feel special even after the sale. When you get this baby home all heads will turn. Heck your garage might even give you a high five after you drive this baby in. This is by far the best vehicle I have seen in the past decade. You will think so too after a drive.
