I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Tim provided detailed photos and videos of the car, ensuring I could make an informed decision from a distance. The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. I had a wonderful experience today purchasing a pre-owned Infiniti from Car Lot Express! I first discovered them on Facebook Marketplace, where I found a car that caught my interest. Thereafter, I contacted the seller by phone, and he warmly invited me to visit their dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted kindly and given the opportunity to check out the car in person. The Infiniti looked fantastic and matched exactly what I had in mind. After a friendly and honest discussion, we finalized the deal and completed the purchase.

I have owned an Audi A8, a 2017 BMW 740d XDrive MSport and a long time ago a Jaguar XJR. I now have a second hand 2017 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SD V8. I also own a 2003 LandRover Defender TD5. I traded the BMW because i preferred driving the defender most of the time. The Range Rover is a bit like taking the defender and mating it with the BMW....although I would say the BMW does not come close to the RR in terms of material quality. The Range Rover has the commanding driving position I so like in my Defender. And like the Defender it so easy to place on the road because you can see where the corners are (simples). However unlike the Defender you do not need to visit a chiropractor after a long journey it is supremely comfortable (equal or better than the BMW. The boot is massive (50% bigger than the BMW and you can fold the seats down on top of that) + it has a full size spare (no run-flats here). The car is a dream to drive with loads of driver aids. The only negative is I do miss having a physical control (iDrive) for the infotainment - I am not a fan of touch screens in cars. I am getting use to the voice control which is helping me stay away from the touch screen. The only thing it is not is a Sports car.

It was a really good experience even though I did not buy a vehicle there. K the salesman was great! No B.S.! I was going to come back to take a truck for a drive and he let me know that the truck was only 2wd and I wanted 4wd so he saved me from wasting my time and his. He was also very good about letting me see all the options they had etc. I will go back there if I see something of interest.

I like the vehicle very much. It is so comfortable. I strongly suggest for everyone to purchase SUV. Best thing is that vehicle has everything you need.

Dean has always done a great job when arranging service for my 2016 Land Rover. This was a big job and he handled it very well. The truck was in the shop for about a week. He arranged for a loaner vehicle. The service was great (never met the techs but the vehicle is running smoothly), amd the price was fair. Thanks to all at Land Rover of Rockland especially Dean. Amanda and Tom did a great job scheduling as well.

Although my repair took 34 days, it was no fault of Brendan who was accommodating in every way. Parts availability issue... I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. I'm grateful for his working with me to get most of my repair covered under warranty and also working with me on my cost to replace all 4 tires and front brakes. Thank you Brendan! I hope not to see you soon, but if I need to, I look forward to working with you!

I recently acquired my first Porsche, a new 2017 Boxster S with manual transmission. Jeff Akasten was my sales guy and in addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile to source the vehicle I wanted from CT and arranged transport so I could take delivery on the day I wanted; no easy task as the transaction came together quickly and all of the dealer's normal drivers were unavailable. Jeff hired a truck to transport the car and it was delivered as promised. Would definitely recommend Jeff and Porsche of Norwell to friends and will do business there again. P.S. - They also gave me a very fair price even though I did not pick a car off of their lot, and the negotiation was painless.
