Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

I had a great experience with my Land Rover at Field's. The team in Northfield including Luke Brinckerhoff ( service) and Kevin (the master mechanic) are simply the dynamic duo! Answers to questions provided most plI yees might glorify or beat around the bush. Not with Luke and Kevin honest answers and terrific 5 star work! I would highly recommend Field's Northfield with these individuals heading up any service work requirements! I drive past another dealership every time I come to Northfield for service. This 2018 V-8 S/C is incredible in every aspect! Boasting their newly designed interior, the seats are much more comfortable than my 2015 while the digital info screens are packed with good stuff too. Apple Car Play was added during my 1 year service which is a fantastic interface, better than the LR Info app. Fuel economy around town has been good at 14MPG while I’ve averaged 21 MPG on the highway. For the size and power of this SUV, I’d consider the MPG better than most SUV’s out there. Acceleration is fast from launch and kicks in nicely when passing or just having fun. The cockpit is quiet and very luxurious. This version is as close to perfection as I have ever experienced! Overall, it’s a very sexy looking and capable luxury SUV. The only feature I still miss is a sun visor extension...Land Rover? I have owned this for 13 months to date and LOVE it still!

Ok when I tell you my salesperson Ronnie Robles is the best he literally was very patient and helpful with me he pulled my up 3 cars when it was literally time for him to get off and leave he didn’t put me out he didn’t get angry he was just patient until I finally picked the car I wanted mind you this was Saturday and today i finally picked my new baby up and I’m in love with it thanks Ronnie and the whole Hoffman Estates family everyone was so helpful and nice no mean attitudes I got from anyone also to my girl Claudia she was the bomb she help me register my car to my phone and she also went over ever feature I needed to know about my car with me she took my pictures and she knew how a girl loves her pictures lol thanks Claudia everyone was just so patient you guys rock

Good power, handling, heavy load carrying ability. I'm a big guy and the cabin is a bit tight primarily in width. Driving economy is good considering a Supercharged model giving about 23 MPG on a cross country trip and around 18-19 MPG city. It is enjoyable to drive and gives excellent all around visibility

I must say that my experience buying a new Jaguar at Motor Werks was wonderful. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. So many in fact that I would consider myself an expert at buying a car. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.
