Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Dean has always done a great job when arranging service for my 2016 Land Rover. This was a big job and he handled it very well. The truck was in the shop for about a week. He arranged for a loaner vehicle. The service was great (never met the techs but the vehicle is running smoothly), amd the price was fair. Thanks to all at Land Rover of Rockland especially Dean. Amanda and Tom did a great job scheduling as well.

The first time I went I was supposed to be with one employee but for some reason he wasn?t the one that took me in and help me. Instead my guide through the whole process was Glen Spardello, he is a great employee, AMAZING one! We showed me every model available based on what i told him I was looking for, the models she showed me didn?t disappoint me! I am new to Rhode Island so he explained to me everything I needed to do and he was extremely patient with me and willing to work with me at all times, which is something many others lack of!

We love the seats, and the open clear window top. The screen for the cars operation is centered and larger than most we just love everything about this car.
