I was not looked down on in anyway because my car was an older used car with over 200 thousand miles on it. Ms. Jackie Pressman literally went above and beyond to explain to me everything from getting the initial diagnostic to the oil changes to the follow up.

Just purchased a 2019 with 37,000 miles. Rides like a dream! I prefer to buy low mileage used and let someone else take the depreciation hit.

Very helpful & responsive to my requests for further information! Accommodated my car inspector and transport company seamlessly. Accomodated my request to pay by wire transfer rather than overnighting a cashiers check. Their accounting & documentation department could be a little more timely. I bought sight unseen which requires some degree of faith and trust, but car arrived as described and relatively clean. Considering we were both in the midst of a winter storm, the transaction went fairly smoothly. Kudos to Hypatia and Oz!

The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

My service manager Tom M is amazing at West Columbia Land Rover. Both of my Land Rovers had to go in at the same time. They go one of them back in less than 12 hours (new alternator) of going in. Then other one was ready the next day.

Very professional ,I traveled from up state ny in 2016 and now 2025,Michelle found a truck Saturday, I picked it up Monday ,with a trade in and was out the door in 2 hours and on my way home,the price was exactly what they quoted,no games played.this is what buying a car should be like,but unfortunately it usually is not.very happy

i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

I posted a few weeks ago about our purchase experience being very good. Two days later, we had a strut come loose from our rear hatch, which was likely just incidental to some factory line production issue. It dented the rear roof pretty badly and messed up the sheet metal on the hatch. I emailed the dealer immediately to tell them it had happened and I would need help Monday morning first thing. The dealer President himself replied to the email over the weekend, reassured me it would be fixed, they called me right a 9 AM Monday, got me a loaner with no hassle, I swapped out cars in 5 minutes, and they fixed my Acadia so I couldn't even tell where it had happened within a week. No questions, no issues, no hassles. They were all very professional and wonderful to deal with. They went above and beyond my expectations.

It’s very childish to compare any other SUV to RR knowing that this company has been specializing in nothing else but SUV’s. Now we have Lambos, Corvette, Ferraris making SUV. Can we really trust them?? Imagine building custom bathroom and hiring janitor instead of licensed plumbing contractor to install $5K toilet. I don’t think so. Moral of the story is Land Rover was making SUV when some of these nowdays companies didn’t exist. And let me tell you something about depreciation of these vehicles. Well yeah because there are tons of them just like any other cars. Let’s put all series of Mercedes and let’s see how many are there. I’ll take RR terrains , comfort,luxury, simplicity, reliability, noise insulation over any G-63 AMG which can fit two people in it, deal with stiffnesses , and pure aerodynamic block. Total a joke of comparison. And i owned 7 RR with branded, accident, flooded titles and had zero issues. Never again until i live will go to any other vehicle. Go get yourself Suppercharged model until there are some left. Not a fan of new models switching to Turbos. Its lag and kick in will ruin comfort

Andrew Thomas was very helpful, personable, genuine and passionate about his work. He answered every question, was knowledgeable in the differences between our current Ram 1500 Bighorn and the 2023 Ram 1500 Big Horn we were looking to purchase. Loved that Len Stoler had such a great selection of trucks versus other dealerships in our area. The dealership was beyond fair and reasonable when it came to our trade. Nancy Wilkes really searched for the best financing deal out there. The entire experience was such a pleasure. We will definitely be back the next time we are in a market for a Truck!! With covid and with a 7 month old, we really didn’t want to spend hours and hours at the dealer. We worked most of the deal out over the phone and had minimal to do when we arrived to test the vehicle and sign paperwork. I read a lot of reviews mentioning Fred and I full heartedly stand behind everyone who has said he was amazing to work with. He helped make this a seamless and enjoyable process. So far we are thrilled with our purchase. We look forward to returning when time for our next purchase.

On September 28, 2023 I had the pleasure of visiting Universal Auto Group Dealership in Silver Springs Maryland. I could not believe the the selections of beautiful used cars. I know exactly what i wanted and in less than one hour I was finished and driving away in my 2020 750I BMW! What an awesome experience it was!! Just when I thought Land Rover could not significantly improve their overall package I was proven wrong by a large measure. Very happy with this car
