I have a Land Rover near my house (Coral Gables), but since I met the manager LUIS CHIEA, nothing has stopped me from traveling to the north of Miami. Now the company has hired PAULO SANTOS, who speaks Portuguese as well as LUIS CHIEA. THIS SALESMAN WILL CERTAINLY BE A SALES CHAMPION... HE HAS SO MUCH PATIENCE WITH THE CUSTOMER. LAND ROVER NORTH IS TO BE CONGRATULATED FOR ITS EMPLOYEES, THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MAKE THE COMPANY PROSPER.

From the test drive right to getting our keys handed to us, the customer service, prompt responses to every question, attention to our needs/wants and level of overall dedication exceeded anything I would have ever expected! Our Certified Sales Guide, Anthony "Tony" Rossi was PHENOMENAL!!! He was attentive from the moment we walked in that door, took his time explaining the different vehicles to us, listening to our desires to guide us in the right direction but most importantly he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only secure the vehicle we wanted immediately, at the price we were comfortable paying for it and resolved every single hurdle we faced. His integrity, honesty and willingness to go above and beyond is something you do not encounter often nowadays and it was refreshing to work with someone whom legitimately cared!
