I wasn't looking for a Landover, They had one pre owned 500 SL Mercedes. I did buy it from them. Too bad all dealerships aren't like them. They walked me thru everything. No pressure, no hassle. Just go have coffeewith Karen and Jim. You'll see what I mean.

I always wait for my car because I live so far. Karen and Ben helped me and my little one wanted to stay by Karen desk and she was so patient and didn't mind the mess and noise he was making. It's also nice to see Ben is promoted to Service Manager

I used Robert Faroni in the Manahttan Location and he was EXCELLENT. There were several problems that arose during the process of leasing a new car and he solved all the problems and got the deal done. Highly recommended.

If I asked for a remote purchase and were surprised by the friendly and quick service, the salesman Fitzroy Stewart really did a good job of what I wanted. Next year I will change my family car here.

Benjamin went above and beyond for my long distance purchase from southern New England. He accommodated all my requests by completely inspecting the car and providing additional pictures down to microscopic details. When we arrived we were pleasantly pleased with the accuracy and description of the vehicle which met our expectations. I brought my car in for coolant recall on my E pace. As always, Danny V. Service rep takes good care of me. He’s fast, extreme helpful, and very understanding. I only go to Danny for all my car needs.

Anthony and the rest of the service team and parts department are very nice ., not like the terrible service staff in Paramus who only treat you well if you have recently purchased the latest and greatest there, even though I have purchased 5 vehicles from Paramus dealership in the past 30 years. And, even though I live right by Paramus Prestige Land Rover, I rather drive over a ½ hour to go to Parsippany.

I worked with Phil O. From the service dept. for few issues on my new truck. He was extremely professional and cordial. I’m definitely returning for future services for my 2023 Range Rover.
