In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. So far I am highly impressed with this 2020 Range Rover Sport HSE P525. I have owned 48 different vehicles over the last 37 years with 95% of those being American brands. This is my first European auto. I have heard about the lack of reliability with the Land Rover brand over the years so this kept me from trying one. I have only driven this one for about 5,000 miles so far, but not one single issue. The interior quality (fit, finish, etc) is amazing. The gas mileage is a lot better than I expected from a supercharged V8, most of the other supercharged V8's I have owned had terrible fuel mileage like 15-16 MPG, I typically get 21-23 MPG in this Range Rover Sport. The vehicle ride, handling, and power delivery characteristics are great as well. We are planning some vacation trips soon and will be traveling in the Range Rover due to all of the comfort and luxury features. If this pleasurable ownership experience continues I am thinking about purchasing another Land Rover model for my wife in the very near future.

Hello, The Range Rover Sport Supercharged 2010 Autobiography is a very Realiable Car, It's maximum period of time it will give no repairs is 8Years, after that you will start facing very small internal problems like (Worn Out Sensor wire, Causing the car to give false Problems in your HUD LIKE "Adaptive Dynamic Fault" "Parking Brake Fault" etc. Which can be fixed by either Welding the wire, or Replacing the Sensor. And There Might be Supercharger problems which cam be replaced by 1200AED. And as it's a 2010 model the seats might get dirty which can be fixed by leather polish, Except that now we come to the Good Things - This car is a beast whether what year is it, it's 2022 and I writing this review sitting in my range rover, It's Supercharged Engine and Twin Engine, It can go a 0-60Km in 2.8 Seconds, By that it's easy to merge in Intersections, And this SUV never Gives back pain whether you in the rear seat and front seat, The beast main feature is modes and and Air Suspension. The Car has a sporty exterior look from more than 25+ Rims to change, for different looks. HUGE TRUNK SPACE and Attachable Rear seats, With 25M wheels for best offroad performance and 4x4. The car comes with AUX cables and BLUETOOTH, Espically the car almost tells you every problems using their Replicated Sensors will prevent you from getting scammed from the low poly garages, which I faced before.

Excellent customer service. However, the price was high, and they were not willing to move the needle on the price. This dealer needs to be open about the price negotiation.
