Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Did business with them on and off over many years. They went from “OK” to “Excellent”. I own several luxury vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. I dread going to any dealership getting through the hole purchase spiel. But this time it was a pleasure. Purchased a new Range Rover. And they made the experience a great one. So I know what to look for. I have been in a multitude of dealerships over my many years of buying cars and I know where and where not to buy from. You can take my word for it. From the management on down the ladder - these guys are good honest people. They worked with me. They listened to everything I said and we made a great deal for both of us. A total win win. There are plenty of Jaguar dealers to choose from and I am sure that most of them are great. But my money is on Motor Werks and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Jeff Swift was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. A real nice guy! Raul Tomsa was the manager who assisted in making the deal happen. He was equally knowledgeable and willing to work with me. Employees were helpful and accommodating. I Don’t understand why a basic oil change should be so expensive. I have owned Lexus’ and Genesis’ where the cost was half the price. Help was great to deal with.

Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.

The experience with Lux Cars was great from beginning to end. I purchased this car long distance and did not see it until it arrived with the shipper. Sherry was so helpful with photos and Facetime to make sure I was comfortable with the transaction. She made sure the car was prepped properly before shipping and even answered her phone and helped at 9 pm one night when there was a shipping issue. My fiancé got me a black Landrover Rangerover Velar 2019 !! I’m in love 🥰 it’s so beautiful, it has so many features I love how I can set my cruise and it will slow me down and speed up with out shutting off my cruise on high way !! I love how the handles on the doors go in to lock and Back out to unlock ! it drives like a dream!! 💭 it’s got lots a space for my two kiddos a nice big trunk ! You will love it !! I love this car it drives smooth and I love the 3 different drive height levels. I have to admit when I first recived it I was afraid to drive it due to the center knob gear, now I love it and it's so easy. THIS CAR IS SOLID AND FEELS safe I haven't had any problems with it yet.(fingers crossed) The only thing I miss is not having my.sunglass holder for my sunglasses but I figured a spot for them. The sun/moonroof is amazing and it's very roomy in the back seat ..

This SUV handles extremely well, looks beautiful, and has many safety features. I have driven this vehicle in ice and snow a few times and it handled very well while other vehicles were in the ditch. Safety features are very important to me.

Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.
