I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. And best part was that they walk their talk by following their promise and reconditioning some worn off part that didn`t look the best. Thank you, guys, thank you, Luis.

Most beautiful SUV to date. Also one of the least reliable but manageable and not too much different than a typical European car, especially with an extended/cpo warranty. Do not expect Toyota reliability but this is also 10x more stylish. Material quality, interior and performance is also excellent. Pick your poison-reliable Toyota/Honda or a luxury car that oozes style, performance and luxury.

Alexandra Maydelman is an exceptional businesswoman. We had a little check engine light issue, and she spent a fair amount of time and effort in getting it fixed. She gave me her word on the final repair, and sent me the check she promised, on a "hand shake". That is the kind of behavior that restores one's faith in honesty and integrity in business. Got the top of the line Velar SVA that was only made in 2020. Compared to other cars line the X3M, X5M, GLE63 AMG etc... there was no comparison. A supercharged V8 will be and feel faster than any of those turbo engines. The throttle response is instantaneous and the torque is crazy. You get a high quality luxorious interior with rediculous performace and air suspension. I drove the car daily and had no issues at all. The car is super reliable and got lots of compliments. The exhaust sound is unreal. It sounds like AMG upshifts but louder with a completely stock exhaust. No annoying fake pops and bangs, just a clean agressive sound. Even now in 2025 the only SUV that comes close is the Cayenne GTS which is selling for 20k more. This is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a limited release Range Rover that looks like the new Range Rover and has the performance of the last generation SVR (legendary car).

I want to thank Mr. Thomas in the service department for always giving me excellent service. My vehicle stop in the middle of traffic after my sister was driving it, I called Mr. Thomas and he set me up for service. I was very pleased after being upset with my Santa Fe truck stalling out and just recovering from double knee surgery. Bought a 2022 rover sport hst worh 22 wheels and 825 watt meridian stereo. Best suv I’ve ever had! I’ve had a 2021 gle 350, 2017 levante and 2017 rx350 and love the rover sport above all of those . Hoping to get another one with the 1700 watt Meridian. The 825 watt meridian is the best stereo I’ve had in a car by far . Buy it ! You won’t be disappointed . Car has been super reliable thus far .

There is Serious driving comfort in my 2007. I bought it to use as my road trip runner as well as my playground toy for stomping off-road and exploring the desert. In two years of ownership, it has FAR exceeded my expectations. I found an ace of a local guy for maintenance makes it more affordable than dealer And other than battery, no issues in 35k miles and she has been ridden HARD and towed some big loads. No effort for highway driving and intuitive and spectacular options for Offroading. ONE complaint is the not-US standard wheel size-it Made tire replacement more expensive for off road playing. I’ll be mounting a wench and outfitting her further. I used to race off road with jeeps in my past, but now with a comfort rig available for a princess like me, I’ll choose my 2007 hSE sport W/ airbag suspension and heated seats over a 2007 Jeep in a heart beat. I Purchased my rig in 2018 and love that it had depreciated in price that allows me to have all its options and solid truck capacities at an amazing price. My research showed that the pre-2009 RR’s seemed to be much more reliable than the ones that came down the pipe after the recession. I recommend that after 125k, A tuneup Is in order and can bring her gas mileage up to the range of 18 to 21 MPG. My only other complaint (Than wheel size) is that it is a bit difficult to sleep inside the back-(For trailhead hiking early starts) After the seats fold down, its max length inside is about 5 foot 6” if sleeping 2 people. I love my black Betty -she’s so rocksteady-blam a lam !
