The car rides great. Much better than the Audi Q5 that I had. With the elevated height, you get a very good view of the road and a better driving feel. The acceleration is great when merging on to highways. Highly recommend.

I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

Dylan called me quickly after I submitted build request. Good job. Fifteen minutes later I called back and spoke to Jacob after I realized they already had the 25 Outback I wanted. The Sales Manger sent me a menu (spec sheet) by email that evening and things looked good. I sent him two emails but he never responded. The next day (Monday) we arrived at the dealership and Charles showed us the Outback we had picked. Everything looked good. We wanted to add a CD player, mudflaps and side body moldings, so the dealerships ordered them and we said we would be back to pick up the car on Friday. The only downside was the buying process. Since we had already agreed to the deal and knew which car we were buying, we didn't leave the dealership until 6PM (4 hours and 30 minutes) . This was too long for oldish people. Especially on a Monday where is was possible there were no other car buying transactions happening in the dealership. We came back in the afternoon on Friday and the accessories were installed, the car was washed and look really good. I kept the best part until last. Charles Creekpaum you were terrific and you really knew how to communicate with people three times your age. We are grateful for the time you spent explaining the new tech we had never experienced before.

He was always available to answer all of my questions. Never felt pressure by him into buying my new vehicle. Even after I acquired my vehicle , weeks later, Jose has been there to assist. As of today , I have no regret buying my new 2023 Jaguar vehicle. I also would like to thank Teres for being so pleasant during my stay at Land RoverJaguar North Scottsdale. Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

I purchased a pre-owned Subaru which had a couple issues. Bill Luke's service center took care of everything promptly. Brad and the service center staff were great. Altogether, from first looking for a car with the sales staff through the final service appointment, I have only the highest regard for Bill Luke Santan.
