The customer service was great. I have tow complaints: 1. A 3% surcharge when using a credit card which everyone pays with. 2. The waiting room was freezing. I know it?s extremely hot outside but it was very uncomfortable in the waiting area.

My wife was looking to purchase a newer Toyota 4Runner & trade-in her 2015 Toyota 4Runner SR5. She was really looking for a white 2023-2024 Toyota 4Runner Limited with low miles & sand/beige leather interior. On a Friday afternoon, she saw that Beaver Toyota had one on their lot, and we called them and told them that we were coming up to take a look at it (we live 3 hours away). Kelly said that she would have it ready up- front for us to view and test-drive upon arrival. We got there about 6:30pm & talked to Zack. We went on a test-drive, and he answered our questions. We went into the dealership and began the purchasing process. From the time we arrived to the time that we drove off the lot with our 2024 Toyota 4Runner Limited, the entire process only took a couple of hours. The Beaver Toyota Dealership is a state-of-the-art facility, and I look forward to using my "Beaver Benefits" that came with our purchase to help with the maintenance and longevity of our vehicle for years to come. my service representative was very professional and courteous. i have been using this location for 4 years snd the service and experience is always very good. my only complaint is the fact that they charge a 3% of total cost if you use a credit card.

Nicolas, our service advisor, kept us up to date during the entire repair process and even sent us a video when the car was being inspected. He was great! We had to have new valve lifters and a new motor mount so the work on our car was pretty extensive. The work seems to have been done well, time will tell. Overall, we?re very happy with the Jim Ellis service department.

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! Definitely a dealership I trust with my Honda Odyssey maintenance.

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

This was one of many things which made me very comfortable with my purchase along with a follow-up call to make sure everything was fine with my new purchase. So far I am highly impressed with this 2020 Range Rover Sport HSE P525. I have owned 48 different vehicles over the last 37 years with 95% of those being American brands. This is my first European auto. I have heard about the lack of reliability with the Land Rover brand over the years so this kept me from trying one. I have only driven this one for about 5,000 miles so far, but not one single issue. The interior quality (fit, finish, etc) is amazing. The gas mileage is a lot better than I expected from a supercharged V8, most of the other supercharged V8's I have owned had terrible fuel mileage like 15-16 MPG, I typically get 21-23 MPG in this Range Rover Sport. The vehicle ride, handling, and power delivery characteristics are great as well. We are planning some vacation trips soon and will be traveling in the Range Rover due to all of the comfort and luxury features. If this pleasurable ownership experience continues I am thinking about purchasing another Land Rover model for my wife in the very near future.

The truck was described fairly well in the description. Freddy was good at communicating. We got to the dealer fairly late but they were accommodating and took some extra steps to solve a few minor things I had concern about. The truck was a fair price and I am enjoying it so far!

Drove 100 miles for a car. The AC was not working so they dropped $800 off of the top price. Cost less then the $800 to fix. Overall, great deal and experience. Would buy from them again.

This vehicle exceeded our expectations. It has more bells and whistles than you can imagine. We constantly find new features and refer to the owners manual often. You definitely need a pre-flight check with the dealer to understand all you are gaining with this vehicle. Safety and convenience are top notch. We love how the side mirrors position down, when backing up and return to normal on their own. The parking and blind spot monitoring systems are a plus. This car rides like a dream on long trips. We used to feel worn out after a long day on the road, not with this Rover, you actually enjoy the drive and your time on the road. Thanks to it's air suspension, you will find it comfortable to both enter and exit this SUV. Wish we would have bought one of these years ago.

The car is surprisingly durable. I did more than 18000 miles per year. Did long drives, cross country cruises. Compared to Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Suzuki, I have owned in the past this is a powerful machine. Its beautiful and you can never stop driving. You will simply love it. Now at 63000 miles in 3.5 years and still loving every moment of it.
