I've had my '91 Range Rover Classic for 5 years and it has been a very solid truck. With almost 190,000 miles, normal wear and tear items have needed replacement, but major components are over-engineered and last well. Rovers are best if used for their intended purpose, off road driving, towing, etc, but the truck is also great cruising on the highway. As these trucks age some of the "luxury" items may need attention, but underneath the refined skin is a very solid truck and if taken care of is a great value for the money given the low prices they currently bring.

Bought two cars from them, a '66 E-Type in May 2019 and now an Evora GT (2/20). Both are fantastic cars. Had a great experience with Tom and his team. Would not hesitate to by another from Autosport Designs.

It’s very childish to compare any other SUV to RR knowing that this company has been specializing in nothing else but SUV’s. Now we have Lambos, Corvette, Ferraris making SUV. Can we really trust them?? Imagine building custom bathroom and hiring janitor instead of licensed plumbing contractor to install $5K toilet. I don’t think so. Moral of the story is Land Rover was making SUV when some of these nowdays companies didn’t exist. And let me tell you something about depreciation of these vehicles. Well yeah because there are tons of them just like any other cars. Let’s put all series of Mercedes and let’s see how many are there. I’ll take RR terrains , comfort,luxury, simplicity, reliability, noise insulation over any G-63 AMG which can fit two people in it, deal with stiffnesses , and pure aerodynamic block. Total a joke of comparison. And i owned 7 RR with branded, accident, flooded titles and had zero issues. Never again until i live will go to any other vehicle. Go get yourself Suppercharged model until there are some left. Not a fan of new models switching to Turbos. Its lag and kick in will ruin comfort

I owned a 2012 that was a lemon and a 2015 that was awesome. I still loved both cars but the 2012 had all the first year issues, 2013 fixed half of them, 2014 fixed the last few, and the 2015 had no known issues. I have the 2-door and my only complaint would have to be high speed power. Up to 40 MPH it's a rocket but passing at 65+ it's gutless. Stereo is to die for. We loved the big pano-roof and it never got closed. Many compliments given and pictures taken by fans.

I lived in rural Zambia for 4 years and owned a 1995 Defender 110 TDI. Mostly drove on game paths through the bush to remote villages (we were missionaries). Always got us to our destination and home again through the most difficult terrain. Rough ride is a relative term in rural Africa. Dependability is everything there.

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

After looking for months at MINI dealership in the tri-state area and as far as Pennsylvania looking for used car I found that South shore Mitsubishi had the best sales team. The entire staff and all people involved were very pleasant and professional very helpful and very energetic about every aspect of the process unlike other places that seem to be just non-interested trying to just blanket sales somehow. The most comfortable car I have owned. I can drive for 12 hours without getting a sore posterior. It is very agricultural and noisy (as diesels can be). You love these or hate them. It's a manual transmission 5 speed with High/Low range, which can be selected while moving, if your skillful enough and can double de-clutch. The mechanics are over-engineered as you would expect for a British designed and built vehicle. It's one of the most capable off-road vehicles as factory standard with 16" wheel travel. Full-time 4WD with center diff lock, fully at the drivers control - nothing automatic about this baby! Not like those pimped up Jeeps and Toyotas!! With 45 degree entry and departure angles and 45 degree climbing ability (on a firm surface). I was going to sell it but I think I just talked myself into keeping it! Love is strong! Primary use for this car? EVERYTHING.
