This was my first time buying a car over the internet and I was a little anxious about doing so. I did all my research and found a car that was interested in a 2012 Audi S4. Turismo Auto Group had a very nice one so I clicked the send me more info button. Brian got back to me right away. A couple days latter we talked on the phone and Brian made me feel comfortable with buying from him so I pulled the trigger at 9am. By 4pm the papers had been signed and the money wired. Brian said he would work on getting my car shipped 200 miles over the Rocky Mountains. Now I wasn't expecting to get my car for at least a week but to my surprise he texted me at 8 the following morning saying my car is on it's way in a enclosed trailer and would be arriving this afternoon! WOW, now I'm super excited! In less than 23 hours Brian had my new car in my driveway. Long story short This was my best experience buying a car new or used. There was no pressure and he did what he said he would do. He helped me get a great rate for my loan and the experience was sooth and relatively easy. I?m not sure how I didn?t notice the air compressor during the test drive but regardless, I bought the car and I do love it so far! To be fair Alex did mention a noise from the AC but again I didn?t hear it during the test drive.
