The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. To note every person we encountered here was a true professional and made us feel like a long time customer and a friend of the business. The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

Love my new car. The price was great and much cheaper than others for the same vehicle. I have been wanting a Jeep for years and so happy I found one that I love. And it’s a 2022. Yay! The process was easy and quick. Farhan was super friendly, very responsive and very patient. I emailed him every few days for 3 weeks while I was making my decision and he always responds quickly and did not rush or pressure me into buying anything. When I finally visited the process was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Which is something that I asked about ahead of time because this location is 2 hours away from me. Worth the drive. Just got my MD state inspection and the vehicle passed and is in great condition. So happy with my purchase.

Car had all the bells and whistles i needed and very clean for a used vehicle, minimal mileage and very well kept and clean. So far the best used luxury vehicle I have ever owned.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

Had such an amazing experience! Was a bit nervous to purchase a new vehicle especially in this market but the staff & service were outstanding & comforting. bought this car in 2018 in the first year had problems with the engine and emission system. Heat shield underneath the car made noise for a few months before the deal finally found a solution . The engine got a crack around the 45k mark and Landrover replaced the engine. Ever since then I have had no problems except for routine maintenance with this car and just hit the 105k mark.

After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

The car rides great. Much better than the Audi Q5 that I had. With the elevated height, you get a very good view of the road and a better driving feel. The acceleration is great when merging on to highways. Highly recommend.

Sharp exterior looks, roomy inside, comfortable 12 way seats, peppy 2.0l turbo, ample rear seat legroom and cargo space, great warranty and tons of features. Outstanding vehicle ... gas mileage between 28-32 mpg. Oil changes a bit on the pricey side typically would not take to the dealer there are other options that are less expensive, other than that as long as its under warranty (and that is the case with any high-end vehicle) you are golden.
