I had a great experience with my Land Rover at Field's. The team in Northfield including Luke Brinckerhoff ( service) and Kevin (the master mechanic) are simply the dynamic duo! Answers to questions provided most plI yees might glorify or beat around the bush. Not with Luke and Kevin honest answers and terrific 5 star work! I would highly recommend Field's Northfield with these individuals heading up any service work requirements! I drive past another dealership every time I come to Northfield for service. However the service is done properly!

Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

I Had 2 of these beauties. Worked for Ford/Uniparts part picker Teamster. Took me a few months just to figure out all the little luxuries. One of the coolest WHIPS I ever leased. Nice exterior body lines. Ultra perfect jinterior, stereo system, heated seats, auto wiper blades. Truly seats 7 comfortably. I only deducted 1 star cuz they tend to be high riders. Very sensitive steering, have to get used to driving this type of truck. Almost rolled it on the highway changing lanes. My Doberman put his paw on my husband's shoulder as if to say, "you alrite, slow down" lolz.

Kevin was the best got exactly what I wanted because of him! A brand new 2022 with only 53 miles I wanted to cry! Definitely the man to see

I like the comfort the car provides, I loves the exterior red color and the interior, I love the car's performance, it's very durable and high in performance. I recommend this car for sure

Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

Came in to service my Acura TLX, had a great experience with Carlos and they also showed me a Type S they had in stock. Was a little out of budget for now, but very reasonable price for new brakes and rotors and a decent bit cheaper than Acura themselves.

Ziegler Land Rover steals buyers money and cars. They sell new vehicles to you and then negligently deliver this to someone else with no any proper documentation. When you request your car or money back they simply kick you out declaring that deal is done. Then they steal your sales tax money and they try to register the stolen vehicle on your name. General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. Do not buy any cars from this fat cockroach. They are thief.

Just wanted to mention that I had a great experience buying my F-Pace from Patrick Jaguar of Naperville. Dale was just fantastic and went above and beyond helping me during the the whole buying process. The rest of the team (Finance & GM) was also excellent in their interactions with me. I initially chose Patrick Jaguar because they were one of only 2 Jaguar dealerships in the area that were not marking up their vehicles over MSRP, specially the hard to get ones like the F-Pace SVR which I bought. I've only needed to use their service department for a minor cosmetic issue that was sorted out in one day. Great job all around.

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.
