I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. They are super helpful beginning to end. Dave busted his butt to make sure I had the car I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He always asked me for any questions I had and he always had answers for me. He did everything on both ends with not only making sure I got the car but making sure I got approved for a loan to be able to get it. I got the key within just a few weeks. Him and 8-11 motor groups are fantastic. 8-11 actually makes you feel like you matter!

Our best friend passed and I'm helping to sell his car for the family. When I took it out to take some pics, I was instantly in love. For such a big car (I'm used to my hybrid Altiima), it handles so well. Sporty and fast. It feels better than my husbands X3.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

Good car the ride is great not perfect had a few things go bad but was covered under dealer warranty its a 2016 lr4 hse..love this suv. Yes it eats lots of gas and tires. The air suspension is great...it's very fast..I love the heavy feel when u driving it..it's like a tank... just the dealership mechanics not that good and the service guy trying to sell u any service if u let them very pushy...u can get work done at other rover places. And oil changes at jiffy lube if they have the tools...just avoid the dealership unless u have to go and have any warranty that's best best way to go if not it will cost u 1 to 2 thousand every time t breaks down...
