Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Bought a 2022 rover sport hst worh 22 wheels and 825 watt meridian stereo. Best suv I’ve ever had! I’ve had a 2021 gle 350, 2017 levante and 2017 rx350 and love the rover sport above all of those . Hoping to get another one with the 1700 watt Meridian. The 825 watt meridian is the best stereo I’ve had in a car by far . Buy it ! You won’t be disappointed . Car has been super reliable thus far .

I had my Tacoma serviced today at Canobie Lake The experience is always First Class. Timmy is an excellent service advisor He goes above and beyond for me while my vehicle is in for service I drop off my truck and I am driven back to my office. I was updated with a problem and we took care of it. I was contacted at the end that your shuttle driver is on the way to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership Timmy went thru the invoice and I paid at the Cashier and then there was Timmy at the door with my truck. What service. Great experience

Good car the ride is great not perfect had a few things go bad but was covered under dealer warranty its a 2016 lr4 hse..love this suv. Yes it eats lots of gas and tires. The air suspension is great...it's very fast..I love the heavy feel when u driving it..it's like a tank... just the dealership mechanics not that good and the service guy trying to sell u any service if u let them very pushy...u can get work done at other rover places. And oil changes at jiffy lube if they have the tools...just avoid the dealership unless u have to go and have any warranty that's best best way to go if not it will cost u 1 to 2 thousand every time t breaks down...

The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

I highly recommend Mike and Route 110 Auto Sales. Mike does not have the "used car dealer" approach. He will provide the information you need but not try a hard close to try and sell you a car. He was incredibly responsive both by phone and text. There were a few extra repairs the Explorer needed but Mike and his mechanic took care of them right away. I appreciated his willingness to make sure the car was ready to go. There are a few negative reviews here but we're buying used vehicles, cars can have issues. I don't believe those reviews should prevent anyone to check out one of his cars and meet him in person. I had a really good experience with Mike and believe you will too.

Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.

I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

The original owner had purchased 2 service contracts which will cover 4 years of my ownership. The local dealer has been exceptional.

Although my repair took 34 days, it was no fault of Brendan who was accommodating in every way. Parts availability issue... I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. I'm grateful for his working with me to get most of my repair covered under warranty and also working with me on my cost to replace all 4 tires and front brakes. Thank you Brendan! Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! So sad they quit making this vehicle. The redesign is awful. They took what they had that was classic square styling and cooped it so it looks just like three quarters of the vehicles out there. They really blew it. Im passing down my 2010 to my college daughter and so wish I could buy a new one. Instead searching for a 2016 with low miles. Land Rover, you deserted your enthusiast.

Purchased this Évoque in December 2025. Car had around $32k miles and looked brand new inside. Definitely feels luxurious. We especially love the heated seats in the back. Very easy and comfortable to drive. The roof is a tad lower than other SUVs we've had, so we had to get a little used to that, but it didn't take long. Very pleased with our selection and would recommend.

Ali was good. I had the financing secured online as well as a couple others to choose from that Ali provided.. Made sure the car was in tip top shape before delivery and handled everything at the RMV. Extremely satisfied with the process.

Outstanding vehicle ... gas mileage between 28-32 mpg. Oil changes a bit on the pricey side typically would not take to the dealer there are other options that are less expensive, other than that as long as its under warranty (and that is the case with any high-end vehicle) you are golden.
