They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Buying a car from Mo was great. I do not like buying cars. I do not like the standard buying script. Thankfully, Mo talked me through the process. Showed me a coupe of vehicles and never pressured me to buy. With his assistance, I was able to make the buying decision that was best for me. In my experience, the prices were more than fair. Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

I had a wonderful experience today purchasing a pre-owned Infiniti from Car Lot Express! I first discovered them on Facebook Marketplace, where I found a car that caught my interest. Thereafter, I contacted the seller by phone, and he warmly invited me to visit their dealership. When I arrived, I was greeted kindly and given the opportunity to check out the car in person. The Infiniti looked fantastic and matched exactly what I had in mind. After a friendly and honest discussion, we finalized the deal and completed the purchase.

The LR4 may be the coolest vehicle I ever owned. It's a real classic. It offers a royal view over the other cars and feels very luxurious. It's also surprisingly practical. Its boxy shape creates a cavernous cargo area that is perfect for hauling all sorts of stuff. And it handles well on snow and off road. The only downside was my constant fear of an expensive repair. But if you buy one and get repair insurance, you should overcome that. You could call it a poor man's Defender because it matches the new Defender on many specs for a fraction of the price. This is a special rig.

I absolutely love this car!! Bought mine used, but garage kept, and it has not disappointed me. There was some damage to the interior, but the overall function is supreme. This car also has the speed, capability and reliability anyone needs, and it was very affordable.

Although my repair took 34 days, it was no fault of Brendan who was accommodating in every way. Parts availability issue... I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. I'm grateful for his working with me to get most of my repair covered under warranty and also working with me on my cost to replace all 4 tires and front brakes. Thank you Brendan! Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi!
