DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

I worked with 2 client advisors. Steve and Paul were awesome. The staff in the Jupiter dealership are very knowledgeable and we're attentive to my interests. They are courteous, professional and really efficient. Once I selected a car they gave me a very fair proposal and accommodated my trade. The whole place just has a friendly "calm" demeanor. I don't live in Jupiter and I can tell you the 2 hour drive to do business with these folks was worth it.

I had a fantastic experience with Lexus of Palm Beach. I called the service department on a Thursday morning and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Niko was my service representative and he did an outstanding job with keeping me informed with the service performed on the car and what might be needed for the vehicle with future service appointments. I waited for the car at the dealership and really appreciated the large and open customer lounge area. The lounge also has a refreshment bar with a great attendant, and I took advantage of having a couple of the delicious corn muffins baked right there behind the bar area. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how quickly I was in and out of the dealership considering how busy things were that morning. i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

We purchased a used Land Rover from Daniel (Cristea) a few days ago. We live 4hrs away and he and Josh the GM made the entire process painless. Daniel was very accommodating including willing to pick me up from the rental car agency when I returned the vehicle we rented to drive down one-way so we could drive our new one back home. First let me start by saying I live just south of Knoxville TN and I was NOT driving 12+ hours to buy this car based on the previous reviews I had read. I said thanks, but no thanks. Thankfully Ash called me as one of the new managers and explained the wrongs of the previous ownership and the changes that had been made. I was very hesitant, but after much thought and personal and LIVE videos and photos sent to me of this car ON THE LOT, I made the trip. They detailed it, pulled it inside and kept the keys with them until I got there (with a small deposit on my part). Upon arrival the car was waiting on me, pulled inside under the lights with a big bow on the hood, and I was blown away!!! They were all so nice, gave me plenty of time to drive the car and managed to meet my every expectation. We actually had a great time, and I can't remember the last time I had this much fun buying a car and MAN DO I LOVE THIS INTEGRA TYPE S. I am so glad Ash called me and put my mind at ease and if you are wondering if they are different than their many past reviews, please believe me, trust them and make the trip. Ask for Ash and Anthony because they will do you right. Thanks guys, for making the trip worth every mile and also for the flawless delivery of my Type S. I have to say I LOVE THIS CAR and Palm Beach Acura!!!

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

Unlike your typical car dealership! These folks got it going on. No pressure, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and willing to work with you... I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. If you're interested in purchasing a vehicle without all the hassle that comes with it... Sunrise is the place for you.

Purchased this Évoque in December 2025. Car had around $32k miles and looked brand new inside. Definitely feels luxurious. We especially love the heated seats in the back. Very easy and comfortable to drive. The roof is a tad lower than other SUVs we've had, so we had to get a little used to that, but it didn't take long. Very pleased with our selection and would recommend.

The problem people are having with their rover is not the actual mechanical issue as it is the personnel assigned to repair. Let’s face it things happen;it’s up to the technicians to repair the issues, these sorry technicians is the problem.

Had a warranty issue with my car and the service manager was very fair on the costs and labor of the replacement parts. Communication and knowledge of the issue was undeniably honest.

Awesome car with all the bells and whistles. I enjoy how it rides and my ability to handle the car. My niece and nephew definitely take advantage of the sunroof.
