I’ve been looking for a Cadillac Escalade for over four months and with absolutely nothing local to my area of Upstate NY I felt the need to explore internet searches. From the moment I first saw this vehicle on Cars.Com I was impressed with the ad presented by Foley Motorsports. The video content, detailed description, financials and pertinent data was all at my fingertips for review. My first e-mail correspondence with salesman Greg Ostrander was impressive. With attention to details he was able to guide me through most elements about the vehicle with no second guessing or (let me check on that) type of response. He clearly is understanding of clients needs and looks to provide whatever is necessary to make someone comfortable with the purchasing process. Ultimately I purchased the vehicle this week and was able to get it home to my residence today. Just looking at it in the driveway gives me a sense of accomplishment that this search process is over and I’ve scored on a great deal. It’s hard for me to explain how this car buying process was the most pleasurable time ever. I just wish this dealership was in my home town.

Bought a 2022 rover sport hst worh 22 wheels and 825 watt meridian stereo. Best suv I’ve ever had! I’ve had a 2021 gle 350, 2017 levante and 2017 rx350 and love the rover sport above all of those . Hoping to get another one with the 1700 watt Meridian. The 825 watt meridian is the best stereo I’ve had in a car by far . Buy it ! You won’t be disappointed . Car has been super reliable thus far .

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

What can I say. BMW Shrewsbury is the best BMW dealer in New England. They are a McGovern family owned dealership which prides itself on the highest level of professionalism. The communication and attention to detail is second to none. BMW Shrewbury will bend over backwards to go the extra mile to make things happen for their customers. They will search for you from other dealer allocations or have custom vehicles produced for you when many other dealers are lazy and just want to sell you their in stock vehicles. My sales associate, Nathan Reindorf, is awesome. Nate has been with BMW for 6 years, has a large client base and is simply excellent at his job. From the get go he was always friendly, helpful, accommodating and patient. Nate was able to get us our dream car, M4 Competition, from an already started build in Germany that was in allocation. The car came in quickly, was exactly as described and then Nate really stepped up to the plate. Nate and Paul finance were able to display their financial wizardry to get us where we needed to be in regards to monthly pricing. When making a large purchase such as a luxury vehicle it is important to feel as though you are getting a fair deal and with Nate you always knew he would be truthful and honest. After purchasing my vehicle Nate took the time to deliver the vehicle (go over all of the technology and functions). Matt, our service agent stopped by to introduce himself and offer his assistance if it was ever needed. I was contacted a few days after our purchase by both general managers, who both thanked me for my purchase via voicemail. How many dealerships have that attention to detail? In closing, if you are looking for any BMW I would suggest only looking at Shrewsbury BMW. They will work hard for you, get you the best deal and make you feel like part of the family.

From my first email to him about a specific car, he was professional and courteous about my trade and purchase of the new car. The dealership is top-notch! I recently bought a used car from Avon Auto Brokers in Brockton, MA and had the best experience thanks to Robert Resende! He was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made sure the car was in top shape prior to the pickup. He fixed and replaced anything that the car needed without being asked. The vehicle was in mint condition inside and out. He even noticed a crack in the windshield that was not apparent and had it replaced. New tires, brakes, oil change... you name it he had it done! Although my repair took 34 days, it was no fault of Brendan who was accommodating in every way. Parts availability issue... I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. I'm grateful for his working with me to get most of my repair covered under warranty and also working with me on my cost to replace all 4 tires and front brakes. Thank you Brendan! I hope not to see you soon, but if I need to, I look forward to working with you!

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. I was in and out much faster than expected, and they took the extra step of cleaning my car. It was spotless when I got it back, which I really appreciated. Professional service from start to finish. Great overall experience purchasing our new car with Zoe at this nice dealership. Zoe was friendly from the beginning to the end and understood our needs throughout the buying process. She respected that time was important to us and didn’t pressure us to make quick decisions on the spot. I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

It’s very childish to compare any other SUV to RR knowing that this company has been specializing in nothing else but SUV’s. Now we have Lambos, Corvette, Ferraris making SUV. Can we really trust them?? Imagine building custom bathroom and hiring janitor instead of licensed plumbing contractor to install $5K toilet. I don’t think so. Moral of the story is Land Rover was making SUV when some of these nowdays companies didn’t exist. And let me tell you something about depreciation of these vehicles. Well yeah because there are tons of them just like any other cars. Let’s put all series of Mercedes and let’s see how many are there. I’ll take RR terrains , comfort,luxury, simplicity, reliability, noise insulation over any G-63 AMG which can fit two people in it, deal with stiffnesses , and pure aerodynamic block. Total a joke of comparison. And i owned 7 RR with branded, accident, flooded titles and had zero issues. Never again until i live will go to any other vehicle. Go get yourself Suppercharged model until there are some left. Not a fan of new models switching to Turbos. Its lag and kick in will ruin comfort

John at Drum Hill is the best buying experience I have had in years. He is very professional, his office manager is very responsive to her customers. They shipped my Mini Cooper to Maryland thru the snow. My Wife has since taken it from me. Their prices are very fair and the vehicle was in excellent condition!!
