What an experience it was!!!! From the moment we walked through the door to leaving dealership in our new Range Rover. Misha Malchevsky was a tremendous help in showroom which by the way is just beautiful. Misha explained everything to us in details in very friendly and professional way. Great customer experience with Misha. After the initial test drive we knew that Range Rover will be ours in a matter of a few days. My recent purchase of my Range Rover was fantastic! My husband and I did some research online and found what we believed to be our new car. We took a chance as a walk -in without an appointment and Misha did an excellent job at accommodating us in between scheduled appointments with other customers. The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

We recently stopped in at Greentree to test drive a Highlander (I was getting a company car). Coach Pete showed us around and took us on a test drive. He was extremely thorough and well versed on the Highlander. This provided us the confidence that the Highlander was the right choice for us. It turned out that Greentree had a perfect fit and our fleet company was able to work directly with Greentree. I received the car in less than two weeks which was far better than the normal 4 month process!! Big shout out to Greentree and Pete for their service! Thank you guys!!

I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.

A routine oil change on a 2022 Accord Hybrid. I thought I had a 2pm appointment. It was a 1:30 appointment. They fit me in. While waiting for my car they told me I had a nail in my tire. I've had that leak for nine months. I thought it was a bad rim! The salesman that sold me the car two years ago, walk by and called me by name. How could they remember?? Fine dealership. I highly recommend.

Awesome car with all the bells and whistles. I enjoy how it rides and my ability to handle the car. My niece and nephew definitely take advantage of the sunroof.
