The problem people are having with their rover is not the actual mechanical issue as it is the personnel assigned to repair. Let’s face it things happen;it’s up to the technicians to repair the issues, these sorry technicians is the problem.

We leased a RXH and we’re fortunate to have Reda Tabriz as our salesperson. He is extremely knowledgeable and always returned phone calls promptly. Buying a new car is usually stressful, however he made the process very smooth. Based on our experience I would recommend this dealership.

The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

Got '07 Vibe 126k mi at 2Manny's 20 days ago, title in Priority Mail today. Reg wear and tear for 18yo (DETAILED & all functions!). Corroded wheels-- offered to put new ones on for price. Tires just within coin head-- said pass inspection but offered to sell new not-exceptionally-great tires at wholesale cost and to put on. Checked and all seemed to work. Test drove, no noises or issues. PPI-- rusty crossmember underneath, confirmed won't break or fall off; no safety or function issue, as Eddy stated. I would say he was very patient with me; I was coming from out of town and was very suspicious of an independent used car place I didn't know. Walked me thru the whole process, even helped me set up insurance in my app. Bring cashier's check or use Zell; credit and debit are a 2.5% fee (GENEROUS --most places are 3%). My mechanic confirmed its nothing but cosmetics, will need new struts eventually. 1300mi later, no issues. Would recommend. Seems to have integrity. ICXCNIKA

Very good experience leasing a 2024 RR Sport. Our sales person, Steve Goldsmith, was very accommodating and spent significant time showing us their inventory and searching for other options. Christine Sarvaideo, Finance Director, was also very accommodating and explained the many add-on service options and later provided information regarding purchasing a front plate hideaway bracket and customizing calipers. Bought this aT 137000 MI. from a known individual who had been using an incompetent garage. I know because I had taken a previous car there! (Seriously: the AC is NOT fixed if it does not cool!)my usual garage did the front end work and a specialist replaced the ignition coils. I wanted to see if I liked it before investing in the timing chain. With a buy price of $3K AND $3500 more for above work, I will feel confident to take it on road trips. The was Queen Elizabeth's favorite car, I think I heard!

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

I had a first rate experience with the sales and finance team at Jaguar Land Rover Mt Kisco. Jennifer on the initial contact then Tyler on the test drive and all pre-sales communication. Finally Brittney on finance and final delivery. Just great teamwork all around. I felt actual customer service which many of us will agree is missing from most businesses these days. Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

Bought this for my wife, it is a solidly built vehicle that handles and rides great. Very impressive details around the engineering of the chassis. Standard Vehicles have trim thats for looks to enhance the beauty of the vehicle, The Land Rover Discovery Sport has similar markings but most are functional items. The square rectangles in the bumpers provide Cover for access to the car frame where you attach a bar that can be used toPul the car out of a ditch or sand, but since it weighs 6000 lbs, and is all wheel drive, it would be used for pulling other cars out of ditches. The hood has a raised section that opens to the windshield, it is actually a raised Air intake to reduce the change of the vehicle being damaged if having to drive threw water (2'6" is what it is rated to be able to operate in) The doors and hatch are solid and you can fell that when you close the doors as they are sealed very well. My only issue is I can't afford a Range Rover too...

We just leased a Sorrento from the White Plains dealership. We worked with Oscar and he was so nice, helpful and patient. He also remembered a week later when we came back to pick up the car that we liked the little song that comes on when you turn off the car, and he made sure to show us how to turn that on! Everyone that we interacted wit there was so nice!

Owned a pre-owned Discovery for a year and no problems. Its perfect for the suburban environment in which I drive. Its the right balance of utility (plenty of cargo space, off-road capability, 7-seater), power and efficiency (powerful, efficient V6 engine) and design (nice minimalist, clean design). This is my second Land Rover vehicle and the other I still own and is approaching 100k miles.
