I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity. Working with them, we bought our CR-V on line - they kept and exceeded every promise they made - sent the necessary documentation quickly - and then Lamont even delivered the car to us at our home ( about an hour away from the dealership) and took the time to show us all of the features. And we got a great deal on the car, which was exactly what we wanted, too. Couldn't have been easier and hassle free - great, encouraging experience - and it was buying a car! Everything about working with Ramon, Lamont and Melleny was terrific, the interaction way ahead of the other Honda dealerships we talked with ( among those, one wanting about $2K more for the car, another insisting we come to the dealership). It’s very childish to compare any other SUV to RR knowing that this company has been specializing in nothing else but SUV’s. Now we have Lambos, Corvette, Ferraris making SUV. Can we really trust them?? Imagine building custom bathroom and hiring janitor instead of licensed plumbing contractor to install $5K toilet. I don’t think so. Moral of the story is Land Rover was making SUV when some of these nowdays companies didn’t exist. And let me tell you something about depreciation of these vehicles. Well yeah because there are tons of them just like any other cars. Let’s put all series of Mercedes and let’s see how many are there. I’ll take RR terrains , comfort,luxury, simplicity, reliability, noise insulation over any G-63 AMG which can fit two people in it, deal with stiffnesses , and pure aerodynamic block. Total a joke of comparison. And i owned 7 RR with branded, accident, flooded titles and had zero issues. Never again until i live will go to any other vehicle. Go get yourself Suppercharged model until there are some left. Not a fan of new models switching to Turbos. Its lag and kick in will ruin comfort

I can't begin to tell you how easy the process was. My sales person was Bilal. Not only did he get me approved with a credit score of 430, he also had my vehicle detailed, gas, snd even lunch all in under 30 minutes. I recently bought a LR Discovery remotely from Land Rover Annapolis and I had the pleasure of working with Frank E - wow. I've never had such an easy and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Frank was there every step of the way - he called me on Sat evening after he left work, followed up with me, even took a video to answer my questions! Buying remotely is nerve-wracking but Frank made it a pleasure, even followed up after delivery to make sure I was happy (I am, I love it!). For my next car, I know where I'll be going, and it's not even a question!

I just starting to learn and understand all the function of my new Land Range Rover HSE TD6 2017 I purchase it last month 2/18/2021

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

Was looking for a hard to find mid size pickup with manual transmission and found one here at a good price. Kevin was very good to deal with and made the buying process very pleasant. No pressure. Was surprised a 30 day warranty was included since most dealers of this type mostly sell “as is”. Drove truck 150 miles home and for several weeks with no issues. Dealer fee is very reasonable and Kevin actually knocked the price down to where the fee was basically waived. I was impressed with their inventory - they appeared to have only quality used vehicles.

This vehicle exceeded our expectations. It has more bells and whistles than you can imagine. We constantly find new features and refer to the owners manual often. You definitely need a pre-flight check with the dealer to understand all you are gaining with this vehicle. Safety and convenience are top notch. We love how the side mirrors position down, when backing up and return to normal on their own. The parking and blind spot monitoring systems are a plus. This car rides like a dream on long trips. We used to feel worn out after a long day on the road, not with this Rover, you actually enjoy the drive and your time on the road. Thanks to it's air suspension, you will find it comfortable to both enter and exit this SUV. Wish we would have bought one of these years ago.

I took a gamble, it had extensive rust damage. I’m into my 3rd year, this gem had 89k at purchase. Now at 135000 and I have to say that this has been simply the best SUV I’ve ever owned. There has been no major issues at all! The performance, the look, the compliments are unbelievable! The newer ones are business models but the 2011 is the brand!

Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

The problem people are having with their rover is not the actual mechanical issue as it is the personnel assigned to repair. Let’s face it things happen;it’s up to the technicians to repair the issues, these sorry technicians is the problem.

Great service my repairs were done correctly & all necessary repairs due were written on report for future service. I loved the video done by my service tech, which showed exactly what was needed to be repaired

I purchased a certified 2023 Range Rover Velar 2 years ago from a dealer with 7K miles and now have 29K miles. I have had zero issues and have been very happy with the purchase. The original owner had purchased 2 service contracts which will cover 4 years of my ownership. The local dealer has been exceptional.

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. Hertrich Chevrolet GMC KNOCKS IT OUT OF THE PARK yet again. You all truly care and treat your customer like a person, not like a sale. Your team explain things to customer in terms you understand. They go the extra mile to be compassionate and professional. I was there for 6+ hours and your service team checked in on my often, offered to get me lunch, and just made sure was I was ok. I've been to several mechanic shops and have not gotten my vehicle issues resolved. In fact, the last time it ended up with a blown transmission as other mechanics were putting bandaids on the real issue. I will never going anywhere but Hertrich Chevrolet GMC for maintenance & repairs.

I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.
