I was contacted by Ms Jessica Bell on a Friday via text as I had filled out information online the night before. Jessica and I talked and I told her my budget and what I was interested in seeing. I sent my wife, in to see Jessica on a Friday afternoon in the rain!! On Saturday Jessica delivered the new vehicle as she had worked the deal. I was even able to complete all my paperwork in my home office. The customer service is the best I’ve ever had when making a purchase of this magnitude. As a business you can say customer service and customer satisfaction is your practice but if you don’t have the employees whom buy into the culture and arrive at work daily with this as their priority, it just doesn’t work. We just bought our first Mercedes, 2018 350 GLE. Lynn was our sales representative. I have know Lynn since the 7th grade, and our families are close with our kids all having known each other as well as young adults. It was like homecoming for us, and I was amazed at just how busy she was, and always treating all her customers as if they were family! That's a good feeling. I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

Amazing vehicle that rides super smoothly and is solid as a rock. All the features and remote app work really well. It has a strong V6, very smooth transmission and the rear AC is cold.

I drive my Defender when I want the capability of my Jeep Rubicon but when I want luxury and comfort. The P400 engine packs a punch. I own the LWB model 130 and even with its size, it maneuvers about with ease. The ride is quiet and smooth but shifts into a rugged off-roader. The simplistic interior and lack of carpet is a WIN and must have for an off road vehicle. Love the larger 11” responsive screen. I also love the option to delete the 3rd row seat.

I’ve dealt with a shady used car salesman or two in my life. Murat at Elite is cut from a different cloth. He has a laid back demeanor and earned my trust within the first couple minutes. Was blown away by the level of customer service by everyone at Elite. Had an issue with my down payment as USAA had placed a hold on part of the funds. Murat’s brother Zeke helped me find a work around and saved me half a point on my interest rate offered by USAA. The fees on the vehicle I bought were straightforward And honest. The whole experience was outstanding. The guys over there have earned my business for any future vehicles I purchase.

Bought this for my wife, it is a solidly built vehicle that handles and rides great. Very impressive details around the engineering of the chassis. Standard Vehicles have trim thats for looks to enhance the beauty of the vehicle, The Land Rover Discovery Sport has similar markings but most are functional items. The square rectangles in the bumpers provide Cover for access to the car frame where you attach a bar that can be used toPul the car out of a ditch or sand, but since it weighs 6000 lbs, and is all wheel drive, it would be used for pulling other cars out of ditches. The hood has a raised section that opens to the windshield, it is actually a raised Air intake to reduce the change of the vehicle being damaged if having to drive threw water (2'6" is what it is rated to be able to operate in) The doors and hatch are solid and you can fell that when you close the doors as they are sealed very well. My only issue is I can't afford a Range Rover too...
