My husband and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to this dealership to look at a Toyota 4 runner that was at Darcars Lexus in Mt. Kisco. Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable. Some items with the car needed to be taken care of and Matt made sure that happened. Purchasing a car at this dealership was amazing. All the employees seemed happy, friendly, and professional . Jay was extremely helpful and did not pressure me at all into buying something I did not want or like. He even advised against a car (which I agreed) based on my needs. I need a car which is reliable and great on gas. I also prefer driving manual transmission. He guided me to a 2003 Honda Accord with great mileage, one previous owner and fantastic MPG. I write this review 2 weeks after my purchase so I have had time to drive it and really get the feel for the Accord. It drives like new and it is in great condition. Jay put four new tires, a full service and it passed inspection. I walked in to Westchester Auto exchange at 11am and drove away with my new Accord at 6pm the same day! Top marks!!!

I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

We recently stopped in at Greentree to test drive a Highlander (I was getting a company car). Coach Pete showed us around and took us on a test drive. He was extremely thorough and well versed on the Highlander. This provided us the confidence that the Highlander was the right choice for us. It turned out that Greentree had a perfect fit and our fleet company was able to work directly with Greentree. I received the car in less than two weeks which was far better than the normal 4 month process!! Big shout out to Greentree and Pete for their service! Thank you guys!!

I had a first rate experience with the sales and finance team at Jaguar Land Rover Mt Kisco. Jennifer on the initial contact then Tyler on the test drive and all pre-sales communication. Finally Brittney on finance and final delivery. Just great teamwork all around. I felt actual customer service which many of us will agree is missing from most businesses these days. Sure everyone is happy when they come home with a new car but some experiences are better than others. Mine was particularly exceptional.

Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

We just bought a car at Mt Kisco Lexus Darcar. The sales associate, Jose De La Cruz, was top notch. If you shop there, make sure you ask for him. The dealership has its quirks for sure, but it's a good place to buy a car, and Jose will be on your side.
