I had the pleasure of working with Glen Spardello at Jake Kaplan?s Range Rover Land Rover dealership. I had visited previous dealerships and none of the car dealers could provide me what I was looking for. Glen was able to trade in my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee lease and put me into a 2017 jaguar f pace. I am so excited to be driving this car and not leasing anymore. I would recommend this dealership and Glen to anyone looking for impeccable service.

The first time I went I was supposed to be with one employee but for some reason he wasn?t the one that took me in and help me. Instead my guide through the whole process was Glen Spardello, he is a great employee, AMAZING one! We showed me every model available based on what i told him I was looking for, the models she showed me didn?t disappoint me! I am new to Rhode Island so he explained to me everything I needed to do and he was extremely patient with me and willing to work with me at all times, which is something many others lack of!

I had a very good experience buying a new Outlander from Courtesy last week. This was my first experience dealing with them. Salesman Kyle and the finance guys were easy to deal with; everybody was upfront and honest. I would definitely buy from them again.

Long time (Decades) Land Rover owner, driver, enthusiast, glutton for punishment... We have 3 other LR's in the family fleet as well as Toyotas and Subarus. I purchased this one CPO 2 years ago and took it on a major family road trip, spanning over 4 months and 11 states. We drove the vehicle more than 300 miles off-road, over desert sand, small rocks, big rocks, Jeep Roads, and 3 remote mountain passes over 12,000 feet. On road we drove it very high speed on lonely freeways in western states. Our LR Discovery HSE delivered flawlessly. The Windsor Leather interior is very stylish, functional and comfortable. The Disco handles like a sports car and has a very tight turning radius (can make an easy u-turn on most streets). Now it's mostly used day to day in town, hauling kids to and from school and sports and driving to work. We've taught 2 kids to drive in this car. It still looks and smells new. Everything works well and after putting many miles on the odometer it's begging for more. Regular oil changes and routine maintenance, that's it. Now we're well aware of issues with LR's and most every expensive vehicle...it seems to run with the territory. On this car my hat's off to Land Rover! This Discovery is a fantastic vehicle!! Love it so much, I decided to get a brand new Defender. After a few months the jury's still out on which is the better vehicle... I can assure you, we'll have a good time reaching that conclusion and we'll let you know when we figure it out!

Under the radar vehicle. 355 HP So power is plenty strong. Feels solid and safe and a bargain compared to RR Sport. Not everyone wants a Defender with big tire on the rear. This Discovery is a great SUV with capabilities galore.

purchased a 2018 Range Rover Velar. I test drove 5 different models over 3 hours. Sales person was extremely patient and helpful. I did not feel pressured at all. The car was spotless when I took delivery the next day. Awesome experience!

The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and have never had a better experience than I did with the team at Jake Kaplan’s. My salesperson Brian was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. He wasn’t pushy at all. He introduced me to the GM Chris, who spend time with me going through the particulars of leasing and was extremely helpful hammering out the details. We actually laughed and had fun buying a car! Thanks also to Dan who did a great job explaining the paperwork and registration process. It went very smooth. I’m been a Jaguar & Land Rover mechanic at the same dealership for over 20 years. I’ve had a few Range Rovers myself -all used. I’ve found if there’s a problem you’ll see it early and it’ll be on the CARFAX report clearly noting the malfunction and how many times it’s tried to of been repaired. RUN AWAY IF YOU FIND THIS TO BE THE CASE! If you find a used Range Rover with a clean CARFAX report then it’s built correctly and a worthy buy. Check the CARFAX report and then go from there. It’s the classist SUV on the road and a great car when built with the right parts worked on by quality mechanics vs parts that are defective -generic and continued to be a problem for the next owner. You can easily drive over 200k miles on a well built Range Rover. 2018 is the best year with the lowest complaint due to new electrical harnesses designed and a new computer module. It’s by far the best year this car was built.
