After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I just starting to learn and understand all the function of my new Land Range Rover HSE TD6 2017 I purchase it last month 2/18/2021

Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s!

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! I took a gamble, it had extensive rust damage. I’m into my 3rd year, this gem had 89k at purchase. Now at 135000 and I have to say that this has been simply the best SUV I’ve ever owned. There has been no major issues at all! The performance, the look, the compliments are unbelievable! The newer ones are business models but the 2011 is the brand!

Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

Buying a car from Mo was great. I do not like buying cars. I do not like the standard buying script. Thankfully, Mo talked me through the process. Showed me a coupe of vehicles and never pressured me to buy. With his assistance, I was able to make the buying decision that was best for me. In my experience, the prices were more than fair. Bought this for my wife, it is a solidly built vehicle that handles and rides great. Very impressive details around the engineering of the chassis. Standard Vehicles have trim thats for looks to enhance the beauty of the vehicle, The Land Rover Discovery Sport has similar markings but most are functional items. The square rectangles in the bumpers provide Cover for access to the car frame where you attach a bar that can be used toPul the car out of a ditch or sand, but since it weighs 6000 lbs, and is all wheel drive, it would be used for pulling other cars out of ditches. The hood has a raised section that opens to the windshield, it is actually a raised Air intake to reduce the change of the vehicle being damaged if having to drive threw water (2'6" is what it is rated to be able to operate in) The doors and hatch are solid and you can fell that when you close the doors as they are sealed very well. My only issue is I can't afford a Range Rover too...

We called the dealership and asked about a specific vehicle. We explained that we couldn’t make it to a Boston for a while. They offered to bring the vehicle to us close to an hour and a half away and that really won us over. The vehicle was just what we were looking for and we purchased it. Thanks so much to Juan! The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

During my search for my next vehicle I recalled the hassle of buying a vehicle. I read the reviews on Drum Hill website. I was pleasantly impressed. Especially the reviews that mentioned John. I’m a very skeptical person and is cautious what I read especially on someone’s own website. I had already seen a vehicle that I was quite interested in. It was time to test the validity of these reviews. I was treated incredibly well and you could feel that they weren’t doing a song and dance. When I typically ask a car salesman about something on a vehicle, it seemed at time they would be squirming. Not here and especially not with John! I don’t like using an explanation mark but I had to in this case. The most impressive thing was being in the background while he was with a customer. He had zero to hide! He would insist to customers to take the vehicle to the manufacturers and have them inspect it before they buy it. You could tell in his voice that he was truly looking out for your best interest! He has been in the business for some 35 years and his knowledge is impeccable. From a vehicle’s options and what they do. Financing, recalls, different state laws and so much more! You can tell as there is zero hesitation when he speaks. I like you, maybe right now, this does sound to good to be true. Like John would say, “Challenge me and I am 100 % positive, my word is the most important thing to me”. I have one more explanation point left. I say to you “Take my word in believing Auto Hill autos”. It’s a must check before completing your search!

With comfortable seating for seven, this car is exactly what we were looking for. We haven’t had it long but we are looking forward to years of driving.
