The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Ameir was great. He was very responsive and provided additional pictures and video he even put the car in which I was interested on the lift and took a video of the undercarriage for me.

The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. This is my 4th car from AutoMax and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or the experience. This is the place to go and I will be buying my next car there and asking for Matt.

Tim provided detailed photos and videos of the car, ensuring I could make an informed decision from a distance. The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. If you’re considering buying a car, I would highly recommend this dealership. They truly went the extra mile, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Buying a car from Mo was great. I do not like buying cars. I do not like the standard buying script. Thankfully, Mo talked me through the process. Showed me a coupe of vehicles and never pressured me to buy. With his assistance, I was able to make the buying decision that was best for me. In my experience, the prices were more than fair. The team was awesome and they continue to work with you after the sale closes. If you have researched your desired vehicle. Know the prices and what is available. Go see Mo. I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! I don't know who wrote this review article or what they have against the LR2, but the article is excessively negative and misleading. Who on earth would trash a heated windshield, do you have any idea how convenient this is in winter to just sit in your car, press a button and wait 60 seconds and then wipe your entire windshield clean? And the interior is absolutely gorgeous and classy. The description of the acceleration is baffling at best - this vehicle jumps right off the start and most vehicles quickly become dots in your rear view mirror. And why all the comparisons to a more modern brand new Evoque, the LR2 is a classic Rover, of course it's not going to be the same. And yes I'm an LR2 owner and guess what I've had an Evoque too.

I had the pleasure of working with Greg, Gino, and Adam in purchasing my 2017 Mini Cooper JCW. They all took very good care of me and followed up both by phone and by email. Once I got my Cooper, I brought her back to have some minor items that we had discussed taken care of and the parts/service department is just as great. Although my repair took 34 days, it was no fault of Brendan who was accommodating in every way. Parts availability issue... I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. I'm grateful for his working with me to get most of my repair covered under warranty and also working with me on my cost to replace all 4 tires and front brakes. Thank you Brendan! I hope not to see you soon, but if I need to, I look forward to working with you!
