I initially leased my Grand Cherokee Limited but ended up buying it outright at lease end. It has been an awesome vehicle for the 6 years I've had it. I have only had two minor things that have needed work, one was AC needed more coolant and leaking rear strut which must be a fairly common issue as my mom's Durango has had the same problem. Super comfortable ride and plenty of room. My only beef is the halogen factory lights are horrendous but swapping the bulbs out for LED made a big difference for under $200. I normally don't keep a vehicle for longer than 2 years, but after 6 I love this vehicle just as much today as did the day I ordered it!

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. I just traded-in my Pontiac of 7 years for a new, more fuel-efficient vehicle. The vehicle was very clean and in a well-maintained condition. Even in snowy weather there was very little delay in my arriving to the dealership's lot and an employee attending to me. The gentleman was courteous, gave me a good route to take to fully test the vehicle's capabilities (helpful since I was unfamiliar with the town) and let me loose. When presenting the vehicle's history he told me what he knew and didn't add things he was unsure of and wanted me to hear. The trade value of my vehicle was fair, perhaps not the highest figure I could hope for but the valuer gave me a clear pro-con explanation of what I could expect. What I especially liked was that he did not try to sell me their price or the vehicle I was interested in, respecting my own opinion. The vehicle was made ready for my pick-up on the day I requested. The original salesmen transferred my plates and possessions into the new vehicle in freezing temperatures while his associated finalized my paperwork- respect for my time! On top of everything, the vehicle was given added maintenance that I requested (appreciate the strong alignment!). The best thing I can say about this dealership is that they did not project their agenda on me and gave me a no non-sense, no small talk jargon. I appreciate the time they took and am confident they are in business to make money while (not in addition to) helping the consumer find a vehicle that meets their changing needs. My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

I was between a rock and a hard place after my Honda passed away-it drove itself to its demise due to the handbrake not on tight enough. So I had nothing to trade, no leverage. I know Subarus owned many Outbacks and they go forever. The problem is I'm 5' tall and this car is too big for me after the Honda and a Miata I have. I had 2 big dogs and felt the car would be great for a dog owner. Which it is. One dog rode on the back seat (covered) the other had the back to herself. Great for a dog owner. If you need a crate there's plenty of room. This would be a great vehicle for a children or pet family. I only have one 10 yr old dog left and this uses too much gas for me to consider a practical vehicle.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

The service man was very helpful and he speaks Spanish. It helped me to understand better and to feel comfortable asking questions. The price for oil service is a little bit higher but I suggest to have rewards or discount.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

We were put in a situation where a truck upgrade was in order, but we didn't want to purchase a new one. Our 2020 SUV was declared "total loss" after hitting a deer while on vacation. Insurance furnished us with a rental car to drive home & to use the following week for scheduled medical appointments that were 1000 miles from our home. Once we returned home, my wife & I decided to upgrade our truck, and not replace the SUV; so, the search began. We wanted a truck capable of pulling our travel trailer and, hopefully, fit in our garage. Not 45 minutes into my search, I found one that I wanted to look at & drive. It was just 7 miles from home! I showed the pictures to my wife, asked her if she wanted to go look with me (knowing the answer), and we headed to the dealership. We met with John, "took the truck for a spin", and returned to discuss details on our trade-in, because we really liked the truck. We had the credit check done; the details of the financing and down payment discussed, and we decided to make the deal. Since we were leaving for Houston very early the next morning, we didn't want to do the paperwork and take delivery until we returned from our trip. We put some money down to hold it until our return home. We've only had the truck four days, but we're overjoyed with it so far. I also can't say enough about the treatment we have received from John and the manager we worked with!

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I've owned my '15 Dodge Charger SXT Plus Rallye for over 2 years. Have not EVER had a problem with it and still enjoy getting in it and driving. Great response time and acceleration. Sexy body style. I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

I have been very pleased with my 2015 Silverado 1500. There a few things to note about this model though, they tend to have some transmission issues and some may have drive shaft vibrations if not maintained properly.

i have a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a 6 speed ..at 18 000 miles they had to drop the tranny ..now at 49 000 they will need to do it again and its pissing me off. Plastic parts in a tranny is stupid . And a reverse gear too pointy and too thin ..Seriously ? You know its an issue and still no recall?
