I recently got a 2023 Bolt EUV through Fowler Chevrolet and had the best dealership experience of my life. Great team here, and as an added bonus they aren't adding any MSRP markup like so many of their competitors around town. Last year GM agreed to give me an MSRP swap on my 2021 Chevy Bolt because of the huge delay with the battery recall. I spent several months searching for a dealership to host my swap in both Colorado Springs (where I live) and Denver. I dealt with some really awful dealerships, some very disinterested dealerships, and some dealerships that expressed initial interest but eventually failed to return my phone calls. And then there was the downright shady Foundation Chevrolet (stay far far away from this awful dealership), who agreed to host my MSRP swap early on and placed an order for a Bolt, but then over a month later when they realized they couldn’t slap their $5K markup onto the swap canceled my order out of the blue and set me back almost six weeks as I had to start over from scratch. I contacted almost every Chevy dealership in the Colorado Springs and Denver areas over the following month and wasn’t able to find a single one willing to host. Finally with the help of GM and a district manager I was put in touch with Fowler Chevrolet (I had somehow overlooked them in my search). Their extremely outgoing general manager Nick Guzman agreed to host the swap, and put me in touch with their Internet Sales Manager Doc Holliday. Within 15 minutes of getting on the phone with Doc - who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with - I had a new Bolt order secured, and a promise from Doc that they would not cancel the order on me or sell it to anyone else. The best part was that Fowler had already placed an order for a Bolt in the exact color and trim I wanted that was set to go into production the following month, and they were awesome enough to give me that order (which I’m pretty sure was extra work for them since they would have to swap out allocations with GM) so I didn’t have to wait over six months for a new order. Bolts are in such high demand right now that they easily could have kept that order for themselves and even marked it up $5K. Fowler is clearly more interested in building up a loyal customer base than making a quick buck. True to his word, Doc got me the Bolt I wanted, and contacted me the moment it arrived at the dealership. Doc and Adam Ciotola, their sales turned finance guy, came outside to greet me and my wife the moment we pulled up at the dealership. While Doc took care of documenting my old Bolt for GM, Adam showed us the new Bolt and all the cool features that we didn’t have in our old one. It was refreshing to talk with a Chevy sales rep who actually knew about electric vehicles (which definitely wasn’t the case at any of the previous Chevy dealerships we had worked with), and Adam was every bit as nice and helpful as Doc was. While I can’t speak for everyone at the dealership, I can say that the three people I worked with there (Nick, Doc, and Adam) were all wonderful and made our experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. I would definitely buy a Chevy from these guys again without hesitation, and very well may just make the drive all the way back up there when I’m in the market for another Chevy EV. For now I absolutely love my new Bolt EUV, and if you want a heck of a deal on a great EV and want to buy it from a dealership that actually knows and understands EVs (and customers), give Fowler a call.

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

I recently traded in my 2016 Jeep and leased a 2025 Tacoma. The sales person I dealt with, Ron Smith truly went above and beyond ensuring I got a more than fair trade in value for my Jeep and found me a great new vehicle at a great price. I probably was not the easiest customer to satisfy but Ron stuck with me and was extremely patient and courteous. Last November I drove my 2018 Outback Premium (which I loved) to the local dealer to test drive a 2025 Limited XT and get the complimentary $50 Visa card they were promoting at the time, and ended up driving back in the new XT. Following are my impressions after 10 months of ownership. We're big fans of Subaru's safety tech. My wife's car is a 2023 Forester, and the Reverse Automatic Braking has saved her from at least one accident. Her previous car was a 2021 Hyundai Tucson, and its reverse sensors seemed like they never worked. If safety is a priority, you won't find many manufacturers that beat Subaru (same for their all wheel drive system). The newer generation EyeSight system is superior to the 2018's. I would commonly turn off the Pre-Collision Braking on the 2018 (which was easy with the physical switch unlike the virtual switch accessible only through the head unit on the 2025) since I found it to be oversensitive when I was following someone making a right turn. The 2018 would prematurely brake which I feared could lead to being rear ended. My 2025 does not have the same issue, and while it has given me a blinking/beeping warning in the dash display in similar situations, it has not started actually braking like the 2018. For me, I have found I only get warnings from the car when my driving actually warrants it. The extra power of the 2.4L turbo (XT) was a big selling point, although I feel it's not mated to the CVT as well as the non-turbo 2.5L. There is noticeable throttle lag with the XT which you have to get used to, but man, it really moves after that momentary lag. I never found my 2018 non-turbo to be underpowered, but I definitely love the extra punch of the turbo. One of my biggest hesitancies with the 2025 was all the touchscreen buttons/menus of the head unit, but the joy of driving the car has softened my annoyance. Since I don't feel the need to shut off any safety features, I never have to look for them in the head unit menus. When I start the car, I only turn off the auto start/stop with the dedicated button at the bottom of the screen and wait the usual 20-30 seconds for the head unit to fully boot up giving the turbo/engine time to get lubricated before I put her into drive. I'm a big fan of wireless Android Auto and have found it to be very stable (and much better than the wireless dongles I tried with the 2018). I use the automatic climate control 99% of the time, so I don't miss the physical buttons and knobs in the dash (all I need are temperature up/down which ARE physical buttons). It's a great cruising vehicle with a great ride, and I look forward to packing the family inside for extended road trips. I'm happy we have the last year of the "wagon" generation of Outbacks and plan to keep it for many enjoyable miles.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

Bought my first JEEP at 56 years old with 123k on the clock the 3.6 is a great little 6banger has cold air intake , yellow top Optima battery 3 in. lift on MT 35s with Rough Country suspension, rock lights , Niilights out front and back on and in Rough Country bumpers and 10k lb winch up front with new Peddle Commander under the dash .

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I took my 2015 Honda pilot in yesterday for and oil change and tire rotation and to get two light fixed. Brad took care of everything. He was extremely helpful . The cost was extremely reasonable. One could not ask for better service .I have dealt with Planet Honda for a number of years and never ever had a bad experience from buying my Honda from Mary may she be resting in Peace to Ed who was very good, hope he is enjoying retirement. Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I was very impressed with the staff, the last time I was there for Scheduled Service, I felt the service was deplorable, also I am handicapped they parked my car at the furthest location, the staff was unfriendly, they told me ev was checked, later I was going to wash my back windshield, there was no water, we have been using Stevenson?s for many years, I almost did not return. But I?m glad I did and hopefully the atmosphere will remain!

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

Went in last Saturday to look at some used Tacomas. Used because that’s where my budget was, and I’ve never pictured myself getting anything brand new right off the lot. Michael Ramstetter helped me out, he showed me the used Tacomas that were in my budget. I drove about 4 of them, he was incredibly patient and helpful. After driving around the 4 used trucks, and not completely falling in love with any of them, he asked if I had put any thought into a 2025 which I hadn’t because they were out of my budget. But Michael kept my budget in mind while showing me the 2025’s. I of course fell in love with the bells and whistles that the 2025s had. Michael Ramstetter was amazing, he made my job easy and was able to work his magic and get the 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport down to my budget. I also traded in my Jeep same day, and drove off the lot with my brand new truck! I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

I took my little Buick Encore there because the check engine light was on. My mechanics name was Nico. He was very informative and responsive. Let me know what was going on through the whole process. These people are great! Reasonably priced. I will absolutely go back there.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

The car buying experience can be stressful, but Anthony at Echo Park made it relaxed and easy. I was greeted and paired with a salesman right away, was shown exactly what I asked for and felt supported each step of the way. Anthony was personable, knowledgeable, no pressure, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. I can?t recommend Echo Park and Anthony enough!

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Paul helped me. He was kind, helpful, and not agressive like a car salesman. Angie in finance was great as well. It was a great, fast experience!

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.
