I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Interhet, front desk and salesmen Nick were awesome as well as the finance department . Great customer service. Very nice dealership and a quick and easy transaction/experience. In and out in little over an hour. Huebner beat everyone on my trade and also had a great deal on the Denali I bought. Only issues were 3 dents on the truck. One was disclosed on inspection. One was found during and I found one on the tailgate when I got it home. Hopefully they will not cost a lot to fix and maybe Huebner will help out on the repairs. Worth the trip and looks like they have a nice Subaru and Chevy inventory. 4.7 stars out of 5 ✨✨

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

I kept getting emails to trade up so I called and told Kira my outback will be in for oil change later in the week and we can talk then. I was not looking to trade up I was happy with my outback that I bought off them 1 1/2 years earlier. After the oil change Kira and Adam looked at my outback and gave me a very good price so I order a new one. I order an Onyx Outback (Blue). It took about 6 months to come in and they stayed true to the price that was offer to me for the 2017 Outback! I had the 2017 for 3 days short of 2 years and about 26300 miles and they give me about $500 less then I brought it off them and I was given another good deal with my tires for the Onyx I like directional tires so to get the 5 new tires it cost me $5 plus mount and balance per tire so now I have the tires I wanted too! I was not looking to get something new but I'm glad I did I'm very happy with my new Onyx Outback and with buying experience! Thank You Adam and Kira! George

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

I never have purchased a vehicle from Huebner's before so I decided to go look at it. they had a vehicle I was interested in that I had been watching on their website. As soon as I walked in the door of the dealership and met Kim Richards I knew it was going to be a good day. What I liked was the no pressure from the sales person. I got what I wanted for my trade in & purchased the vehicle . I have nothing but praise for the sales & financing dept.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

highly recommend Huebner! I went purchased a new 2022 Subaru outback but while looking at the lot I saw the Crosstrek and changed my mind and wanted a Crosstrek. They only had the one on the lot that someone was purchasing. Rob Forbes was able to hold us a Crosstrek that was coming in on the next truck. The Crosstrek was delayed but this was not the dealership fault, they have no control. Rob kept us up to date on the arrival of the Crosstrek. When we went in the paperwork was already setup and ready to sign with finance. Rob took the time to set up all apps on our phones and explain all the bells and whistle of the Crosstrek. We used to have a 2018 Subaru Legacy which we traded in for the Crosstrek. We purchased the Legacy at Huebner whenever we need service, we had no issues getting the car in for service, and They always checked for any warranties. Overall, I highly recommend Huebner as each department works with the customers. I will return to Huebner.

So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

Josh had helped me before with finding a car when he worked at kia, so contacted him and told josh that I was in need of a vehicle and that I would be bringing my son up to see if he can get a vehicle too. Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

I inquired online about a truck at Haasz Automall and Jessica Alldredge contacted me. I was planning on looking at it when circumstances arose on my part that prevented me in doing so. Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. Jessica is a salesperson that truly cares about her customers, I regret not buying from her. Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

I have done several long trips, 2 cross-country trips and in town commuting. It is a smooth comfortable ride, easy layout for gauges and controls, roomy, holds tons of cargo, and has great fuel economy (I have gotten up to 38 mpg on the highway going 70mph). All of these were listed in the "bad"- and this has not been my experience. Furthermore, my dad was side-swiped hit and run on the 210 freeway at 80 mph in his equinox and it took it like a champ. It is an easy smooth ride, I feel safe. I strongly recommend this vehicle- really the best bang for the buck- you get way more than you pay for.
