I've known the 2013 Ford Fiesta SE for the last 10 years, got it new back in 2013, it's at 168,300+ miles at the moment. Not fancy by any means, but the seating isn't bad if you're under 6 feet tall, for example I'm 5'5" and I have decent leg room and headroom, no one else but the driver gets an armrest, for entertainment it has Bluetooth and the speakers are nice, it gets the job done of going from A to B safely without costing an arm and a leg. Small eco cars of course may not favor well in accidents but that's countered by the cheap value, which is great for safe drivers who may not have deep pockets. 35MPG with 12 gallon tank gets you roughly 400 miles full at the 15K price range these days while being fairly reliable, can't really be beat. Only thing I've had to do is change out an electrical board piece, the caliper belt, brakes, battery and the tires, but that's just what it takes to keep a vehicle going long term. One thing I have noticed though is that the transmission has a tough time changing gears when you're at a stop and trying to accelerate out of the first gear, but after that it's smooth sailing. It's been doing that no worse or better for at least a year now, just a quirk at this point. Don't wanna waste any big money on a big part like that if it only happens in low speed conditions where it's safe to be quirky.

Handles good. Wins safety awards, hope we never test that. We do like our 2015 better. My wife's sister's Tribeca kept them alive but was totaled. Can't seem to get the mileage it said on the sticker.

The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.

2011 4.6 v8. Bought used 5 years ago with 80k. Now has 111k. Regular maintenance, replacement alternator and battery. That’s it. Got tired of unreliable, super expensive repairs with bmw and Mercedes’. Car is 90% driving feel of my 540i and 400 e. Without the headache of finding a shop that can fix it. Put magma flows on it. Sounds great and it is really quick for a boat. Make sure the abs module was done under recall? And change the transmission fluid! Hemi chargers chew on the rear view mirrors of this thing!

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I have had this car for about two years, the V8 version. It is one of the best cars I've ever had. It has tons of space and is really reliable I wouldn't hesitate taking it anywhere. Haven't had to do anything major only routine oil changes and such. The explorer won't be the best on gas but if you're looking for something dependable this one is it.

I have had 2 2004 explorers ( BOTH AWESOME! Over 220k miles each!!) And I bought a 2010 Eddie Bauer with roughly 100k. Absolutely beautiful vehicle, met all my needs (twin 8 year olds then, almost 13 year olds now) so lots of friends, lots of bags, skis, skateboards etc... I loved all of them, they all served me very very well. All were totalled by uninsured drivers in michigan. Literally. T-boned, rear ended, t- boned. And I'm about to buy another one. 2010 explorer, 111k miles. I know it will need the routine repair stuff, but I am 100% more confident in buying yet another Explorer than buying some unibody crap. I'd recommend a 2010 every day. Just pay a mechanic $100 to look it over and drive it. Every day, all day. Loved all my Explorers.

I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. Buying this used with very low miles as tester. Not a tester anymore. I'm keeping it forever. Its seriously amazing. I calculate 30 minutes a week (26 hours a year!) i don't spend at a gas station. In fact, when I have to go to a gas station to fill my truck once a month, I think the place is gross now... If you can pick one up for 5 or 6 k, make sure to get the loaded model. (worth it). Cold mid-west state. Summers 65 mile range, winter is 45 mile range. I have free charging at work but once a month take a nearly empty battery and slow charge it (per the manual) at home. Pro: Only maintenance is tires, anti-freeze and the occasional car wash so far. (12,000 miles). Rides quick to 40mph. E-Z parking . Fantastic grocery getter. I save $40/week in gas. Cools fast in summer. Quirky. Fun. Totally not me but I enjoy it. Meets 95% of annual driving needs. Cons: insurance a little higher than ICE cars, rare range anxiety. Windy days on open road, you feel it. Oh, and I don't like going over 65mph with this. Back seat levers are junk. Same time to heat interior as an ICE. If you can grab a 2014 or 2016 for a little extra instead of the 2012 do it. If you need something more substatial with a round trip range gauranteed greater than 40+, maybe jump into a focus electric or leaf. I see some of these on CList for 3k. I'm hooked. Its like unplugging from the matrix, any electric or electric with hybrid will change you a bit.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

Hard to believe, but still love the car like day one. Exterior design is very nice, inside is luxurious, technology still up today. Inside when car is on you don’t even feel it!
