On sat Aug 14th, I was greeted right of way by Jake S. He was super friendly and helpful. The best part of this experience was the fact that Jake listened to my requests and needs. Afterwards he asked questions and provided feedback. Most of my experiences when comes to purchasing a new/used vehicle is terrible, they don't care about you or your needs. I recently lost my vehicle due to the flood and needed a vehicle for work. Jake actually cared about my situation and I do believe he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got the exact vehicle I wanted. Salesman was low pressure and honest. We were comfortable covering two and one half pages of questions and things to look at.

Its much smoother riding and quieter than the 2013 model wider back-view area. Unfotunately, they are not making this model anymore.

The CT200h has everything I value most in an every day car...fuel economy, safety, great, nimble handling, comfort, utility, quality (nobody tops Lexus IMO), and to this adds the intangible value of great design. It is the best-looking hatchback on the market, IMO. I turn back to look at my CT when walking away from it, just because it's so handsome. I love this car, and will be driving it happily for years to come.

This is the second CT200H I've had. Great Car. my one one had over 120k and only had replaced the front breaks. Very cheap to run. Looking forward to my 2nd one.

I bought a 2017 Honda Civic last week. I was preapproved before I walked into the dealership. There were a couple of issues once I began completing the buying process, but after 3 hours at the dealership, I walked out with my new vehicle.

I came in to get my remote battery key replaced. I have been having issues with it for awhile. They replace it and still not working. Javier in the parts department has gone far and beyond in helping me. He was very professional and helpful.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.
