Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

I wanted a very stylish and sexy luxury car with a gorgeous and comfortable interior with a huge easy-to-use touchscreen with bulletproof reliability and eye-popping gas mileage that was still fast and fun to drive. This beauty checks every box. I LOVE my Lexus! It makes me happy every single time I drive it. What more could you want from a car?

Bought this used in December, 2022. Since then, put on 20K miles, average 40 MPG. I predominately drive in ECO mode, but when I go to Normal or Sport, plenty of power when needed. Many complements on the Interior (Saddle Color) of the car, far more than I ever had on my Acura RLX. Definitely going to get another to replace this 5+ years from now.

Stunning vehicle! Extremely well built. Quiet as a mouse. Even at full throttle not noisy. Fit and finish is amazing. Performance is above average with no complaints. Sound system will run you out of the car! Safety nannies are abundant.

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. We had a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. In January 2022 we ordered a new 2022 Avalon Limited. Flash forward 5 months and Toyota said they won't be building the car we ordered. We went down the street to a Lexus dealer because we knew the Lexus ES 300H was very much like the Avalon we had. They didn't have one. We got put on a list so the next one that came in we could look at it. 3 weeks later we got a call. We bought it. ES 300H Luxury model. We have had the car for under 3 months. We love it. The ride is wonderful. Love the large touchscreen. We do miss the folding down rear seats. Overall we are very satisfied.

Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Pre pandemic we had a 2010 Subaru Legacy and a 2011 Toyota 4Runner. Work from home allowed us to pass down the legacy to the kids. Picked up 2022 ES300h and realized how much we missed the sedan. The Subaru had a 6-cylinder but this hybrid feels just as quick but WAY better fuel economy and a much smoother ride. Everyone seems to like this car and for good reason.

This is my second Lexus ES300H. I buy certified used and this far exceeds Mercedes. Cadillac,Volvo,Infinity a d others I have owned. Would never buy anything but a hybrid agai and would never by an ELECTRIC VEHICAL! Gas is going through the roof but electricity will go higher and faster!

The car is spacious, easy to operate, comfortable, gas saving, and stylish! The car is clean and drives like a dream. We very much encourage anyone considering Hybrid to check this model out.

Its a great car overall. Looks great, feels great, and drives smooth. It has more of that luxury feel to it than a sporty sedan; more like a "grown up" car than a "youth" car. Very luxurious on the inside. The mouse pad and small video display are a little tricky to control, especially while driving. It has all of the luxuries of a 2014 luxury car, including heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and a power fold-up screen on the back window. It's a great car to drive because it has a smooth ride and the hybrid option means you spend a lot less on gas (you can go long distances without having to refuel often. Which also has an advantage over fully electric cars that you need to charge every two hours of driving).

This is my first all-electric car. Bea and her colleague, Manny, showed me all the car's features and spent time helping me understand the electronics. We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.
