From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

We had a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. In January 2022 we ordered a new 2022 Avalon Limited. Flash forward 5 months and Toyota said they won't be building the car we ordered. We went down the street to a Lexus dealer because we knew the Lexus ES 300H was very much like the Avalon we had. They didn't have one. We got put on a list so the next one that came in we could look at it. 3 weeks later we got a call. We bought it. ES 300H Luxury model. We have had the car for under 3 months. We love it. The ride is wonderful. Love the large touchscreen. We do miss the folding down rear seats. Overall we are very satisfied.

Joven was excellent. The service reps are always good. Joven is actually superstar! My only issue with Lexus is their tech. First, I was contacted to come in for service when I just came in month before, so this push for service should have shown up in their system that it was not due. Second, why can’t you put your DL info and insurance info for loaner cars in the app before arrival? It’s a hassle pulling out the insurance card and having to make sure they return it before you leave. Simplify!

The ES300h Hybrid Model, Ultra Luxury Trim. This is the highest trim for the hybrid model. The car has performed flawlessly. We got 42+ MPG on the way home (300 miles) after purchase. The ICE engine and hybrid system work in perfect harmony and you can't even feel it when you move from EV to engine mode. Still getting over 42 MPG and have 1100+ miles on it in three weeks. So, in a word: Perfection!

Its a great car overall. Looks great, feels great, and drives smooth. It has more of that luxury feel to it than a sporty sedan; more like a "grown up" car than a "youth" car. Very luxurious on the inside. The mouse pad and small video display are a little tricky to control, especially while driving. It has all of the luxuries of a 2014 luxury car, including heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and a power fold-up screen on the back window. It's a great car to drive because it has a smooth ride and the hybrid option means you spend a lot less on gas (you can go long distances without having to refuel often. Which also has an advantage over fully electric cars that you need to charge every two hours of driving).

Pre pandemic we had a 2010 Subaru Legacy and a 2011 Toyota 4Runner. Work from home allowed us to pass down the legacy to the kids. Picked up 2022 ES300h and realized how much we missed the sedan. The Subaru had a 6-cylinder but this hybrid feels just as quick but WAY better fuel economy and a much smoother ride. Everyone seems to like this car and for good reason.

I love this car. Between the performance, styling, fuel-efficiency… Honestly the best car I’ve ever bought. No complaints so far….I highly recommend. My apg is 48.3…. Much better than even advertised. It is a smooth ride and I love how comfortable and luxurious the car feels. Hoping I got a good price for the car but I’m not disappointed with the car.

This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.
