New and used 2025 Lexus ES 350 for sale near Brandon, FL

My Lexus needed extensive repairs to the axles, struts, sensors, etc., and while it was there I decided to get it tuned up, oil changed, and wheels aligned/rotated. The Service Manager that assisted me was Patricia (Patty) and she was absolutely outstanding -- very customer oriented and excellent communicative skills. She made sure my old 2012 RX350 was going to be safer and more comfortable to drive when the repairs were completed. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. Even though my service contract was not with Lexus, she coordinated to ensure every repair that was covered by my extended warranty was appropriately charged -- almost $5,000 in saving to me. Had a Mercedes AMG 250 CLA for last5 years with zero issues. EXCEPT very expensive oil changes (about 250 each time) and it took high test. ALMOST went with a 2025 AMG again, but after visiting Lexus 3-4X I was sold on a ES 350 F Sports handling. MUCH better ride. Super silent inside car. GREAT finish. AND it takes reg gas and oil changes under 75 bucks or less. over all I give this a solid 10

I was assigned my 4th advisor (Mahmoud Munieodine) during my years at Lexus of Tampa Bay. He was professional, courteous and helpful in recommending the repairs needed. I felt he had my best interest at heart. This was not always the case with previous advisors.

Responded right away to my email. Talked to salesman and asked for pictures, no pictures on website, and did not receive them; this was early morning. After several hours of not hearing anything , I sent another email/text and heard that another salesman was in process of selling the car.

I let Patrick my sales person know exactly what I wanted and needed in a new car. I was very specific about exterior and interior colors and amenities as well as safety and performance requirements. He delivered my car which was perfect to the last detail! He even took the time to explain all the ?bells and whistles? instead of telling me to look them up on YouTube! I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car. Anthony was extremely professional and took care of everything at no charge. What a great experience!
