From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. Doug answered all my questions and went out of his way to make the purchase a positive experience. Though I live out of state, I will definitely contact them if I am ever in the need for another automobile. I appreciated their professional manner along with their personal touch in the way my car purchase was handled. 😏

Lexus of Clear Lake always does a very good job when servicing my car. Very clean facilities. Very friendly professional staff. Easy process. I like that they send a video of the car inspection of anything they feel needs attention to keep the car safe.

This car is super quiet , solid feeling , and sooooo smooth ! The eight speed transmission shifts so well , I sometimes cant hear or feel the shifts and only know its happening if I watch the tachometer.

Herb walked us through buying our daughters first car. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy. They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition.
