I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

The 2025 Lexus ES 350 is praised for its luxurious and comfortable ride, smooth performance, and reliability, which I totally agree. This car is super quiet , solid feeling , and sooooo smooth ! The eight speed transmission shifts so well , I sometimes cant hear or feel the shifts and only know its happening if I watch the tachometer.

Had a Mercedes AMG 250 CLA for last5 years with zero issues. EXCEPT very expensive oil changes (about 250 each time) and it took high test. ALMOST went with a 2025 AMG again, but after visiting Lexus 3-4X I was sold on a ES 350 F Sports handling. MUCH better ride. Super silent inside car. GREAT finish. AND it takes reg gas and oil changes under 75 bucks or less. over all I give this a solid 10

Not once did we feel pressured to make a certain purchase, rather Jay helped guide us to the best Subaru for our needs. We will definitely work with her again in the future. The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.
