Outstanding service that went the extra mile to make sure that my car was mechanically sound. They earned customers for life.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Nick was our service writer on October 22. We found out during the service interval check up that two wheels were slightly out of alignment and one wheel was greatly out of alignment. The alignment inspection was free and the alignment was fairly priced. The car drives much better, and Nick was very pleasant to work with.

without a doubt best riding and quietest car i ever owned . Six cylinder is very responsive and leather interior is very comfortable. I receive alot of compliments on its sporty looks .

Helped me when I had no appt. (An icon showed on the dashboard and I couldn’t see it in user booklets) But Nick’s team were wonderful, solving the problem & giving me peace of mind again. Cannot thank them enough for the care & professionalism. They did the Lexus brand proud, plus the Omaha dealership! My deceased husband used to handle these matters, but I feel more confident now with their courtesy. Even with the most naive or outdated questions, they kindly explain in layman’s terms. Lexus is my favorite car brand. I've owned several over 25 years. I've never needed major service so maintenance costs are very low. The interior is extremely comfortable with many great interactive features.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.
