I was in the marked for a used vehicle. We saw one that was available at EchoPark and it was marked as a good deal. The experience was straight-forward. The pricing expectations were clear at EchoPark, the sale associate explained everything. Pretty the same you would expect at a dealer, but I think a bit more simplified. If I hadn't had an issue with my credit check (not EchoPark's fault), I would have been our sooner, but generally the whole process from coming in, test drive, negotiation, to driving off should take about 2 to 3 hours.

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

I had a great experience with Ali. Since I live more than an hours drive, I made an appointment with Ali to test drive the vehicle prior to coming in. All of the staff that I encounter were very pleasant. I test drove the car and it ran like a top. Ali answered all the questions that I had pertaining to the vehicle, he encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic of my choice. Everything checked out so I purchased the vehicle. Such an easy car buying experience, I live in the Northeast never even considered having to fly out to see the car. Only bump in the road was waiting for car to ship as it was delayed due to 3 day holiday weekend which I can understand. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends

Overall it was a good deal for me. The dealer made promises and kept them. The Tesla is great! The price was good. However, I felt the dealer fees were ridiculous and they insisted I give them thousands above the actual registration and taxes. Though I was able to recover the excess taxes/registration withheld, it felt very much like the used car salesman treatment. I would recommend the dealer, but be prepared to play reindeer games. If you do not like these games, buy your used Tesla directly from Tesla.

I bought a 2014 ES350 CPO 5 1/2 years ago with 28K on it. It now has 73K on it. All I've done is oil changes, brakes and tires. Very reliable and takes regular gas. Very roomy with a quiet highway ride. With a new timing belt, water pump and spark plugs at 100k miles, it should run to 200k miles easy.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.
