I have wonderful experience especially as a first time buyer. I first reached out late on a Friday evening. The first car I was interested in was not in inventory. Fausto and Aaron communicated me regularly throughout the week to let me know they were trying to locate the car I was interested in. By wed it became apparent they were not able to. I reached out to other Honda dealerships in Phoenix and had a hit. I communicated with this dealership in Phoenix for a couple of days. On the following Friday evening I reached back out to Aaron to see if he had a different model in inventory. Turned he did and offered me a better deal than the dealership in Phoenix.I decided to go back to Fausto and Aaron the next day on Saturday 15th of November. It was a pleasant, friendly and accommodation experience from the start. Aaron understood my situation and along with the dealership, worked with me to make the numbers work to get in a beautiful Honda Civic Sport Hybrid in sand dune. They were straightforward and seemed truly motivated to help me. I was able to test drive the two cars to help me make my decision. The process was smooth and fast. Meeting with the fiance rep Vincent was also very professional, transparent and enjoyable. Vincent understand how much this car meant to my life and really did a great job in closing down the deal and making things happen. This car is life changing for me. It allows me to get to my job, take car of my family and life. Vincent, Aaron and Fasuto did a fabulous job from first contact to driving out the lot. AutoNation Honda and these group of employees were the only dealer in Tucson/Phoenix that truly wanted to help me take my life to that next level. I even had a brief panic attack a couple of hours after purchase and Aaron, Fasuto and Vincent showed compassion and understanding which went a long way in making me feel better. If there is some sort of AutoNation.Honda company/employee recognition, all three of these gentleman deserved to be recognition for going above and beyond in delivering outstanding service, professionalism and community caring. I will continue to use AutoNation Honda for my service. I am going to recommend AutoNation Honda and Fasuto, Aaron & Vincent to everyone I speak with in conversation. The car is great it meets and exceeds all of my expectations and needs. It is a comfortable ride, great on fuel, and roomy. I did not expect this from a used automobile. I am completely happy with my purchase.

I bought the 2013 GS 450h Fire Agate Pearl (Semi-Aniline Flaxen Leather interior) & loaded with every option, including night vision, from Longo Lexus (El Monte, CA) in August 2012. It has been a superb sports sedan -- powerful, relatively economical, comfortable, and a real pleasure to drive. Only 45,000 miles on it as of 9/15/25 and will never willingly part with it. It's an Albuquerque, New Mexico vehicle in dry air, gets regular maintenance, and has zero issues.

The electronics are awesome, Total car control with the features.I love the sun-roof and the stereo which has the most awesome quality sound. I love the electric drive which allows me to save on a lot of fuel.

The only bad thing about the hybrid is a trunk is super small but I don't think the manufacturer made the car for the sole purpose of hauling your family around.. but overall my wife and I really love the car.. the car is super responsive when you hit the gas pedal the cars vehicle maintenance isn't that bad as long as you stay up on it..

I like the car and the price, but I would say to aways go see and test drive before you exchange any money....even the down payment.... It has all the bell and whistles, and when I compare it to other car in it's class, it was a steal

I've owned a GS300, LS430 Ultra and I currently drive a 2010 IS250 and I must say that I was SUPER impressed with the car. My 430 had a little more toys but this one isn't far behind and I've always been a fan of this body style. I'm gonna go and pick up it Monday after work, I must have the car. If you want beauty, power, luxury and everything but the kitchen sink? This is your car. It has a ton of features and driving it is like riding on a cloud.

Car handles beautifully - better than my old BMW 3 series. Dynamic suspension allows car to closely track sharp turns. The low-end torque provided by the 200hp electric motor provides a welcome kick when accelerating either from stop or passing. the car is quiet, refined, smooth but handles like a well designed sports sedan. Reliability is typical Lexus quality. Overall a beautiful car. I've been averaging about 35.2 mpg for all around city/highway driving.

The car has meet all my needs. Excellent performance car mixed with luxury. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone. The gas mileage on this vehicle is unbelievable and the performance is spectacular.

I do retrofit on cars and motorbikes. Since I dismantle and put them together again I know every car in the market. There are brands like the German that they just sell a good name because they made people believe they produce a good product. This isn't the case. there are many honest people out there who will tell you how many problems they have with their Mercs BMW and Audi after owing them more than 2-3 years. With Lexus you get exactly what the brochure say! No less and is trouble free, this is important. The 450h is fast and furious very comfortable loaded with anything you like to have. the only problem you may have is the boot space of an average hatchback like a Mazda3. this car travels on batteries in total silence.

Great experience. Fixed a bulb change on the spot, easy experience. Answered all questions and gave us plenty of time with car.

Very reliable car. I love the entertainment system. I have owned this vehicle since 2011 and it has never given me any problems. Very low maintenance. It has plenty of leg rooms and comfortable seating.

They didn’t push for a sale,that made me very happy. I’m still looking but the camero looks like a very good option

Driver and passengers super comfortable. Mark Levinson sound system is amazing. The car is super fast for a hybrid! Depending on your preference for tires, it will ride accordingly. Environmentally better than a traditional cars with the hybrid system, it felt like a sports car 💯.
