Well, I don’t know who gives this place a bad review! Michelle was A W E S O M E!!! She was funny and personable and engaging and knowledgeable and informative and helpful and fun!!! She explained everything in detail and the car I probe 2 hours to see was exactly as Fadi (initial salesman) described! I’m in love with this Mustang! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again. I went to Echo Park the week before and the car was trashed. They also had ridiculous fees that you couldn’t opt out of. This was by FAR a better buying experience. 5 stars? More like 10 stars!! A+++

This is probably going to be the best car I ever own! Highly reliable, easy to drive and fun to go off roading in. This is the Lexus version of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and that should be enough information right there. If you get one of these beast, hold on to it!

Bought a 1 owner GX460 after owning an RX350 for 14 years and 245,000 miles. I LOVED that car. The GX is perfect for my growing family and a little bigger for all of the excess a toddler has in baggage. Will always buy Lexus. Reliability beyond compare!!

This is my 4th Lexus 460 GX. It seems smaller and there no point using the 3rd row no leg room. What I don't like especially is that you can view everything in your cargo area between the Captain seats. There's no cargo or tonneau cover to hide the cargo. I bought a piece of carpet to hide what could be seen and it continues to fall down.

I apologize for just writing this about RYAN as I was here a month ago .But I have to write this.His customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL .I CAME IN inquiring about Tires as i.had a donut on my car due to.a blowout I REALLY WAS SEARCHING FOR THE BEST PRICE ON 2 TIRES. Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Amazing, caring and knowledgeable sales team! From working with Allan, salesman to find the perfect vehicle, to Kianoosh, sales manager and Tony, General manager, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Straightforward, now hassling, price reasonable and they worked fast. I’ve been at dealerships for 6-8 hours buying this took literally 2 hours including test drive. No pressure to buy additional packages. Great communication from the initial email with Allan online about the car! Helpful tips from the General Manager about financing. I didn’t feel treated differently as woman or taken advantage of. If you are looking for a used vehicle please check them out! I love the fact the GM Tony was hands on often you never see them! Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.
