I showed up without an appointment and she helped me right away, had the technician work on my car and also look up to see if there were any recalls on my car and she found that there was a recall that needed to be addressed and she had everything thing done in a timely manner on the same day. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease.
