I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. The car is great!!! It hugs the road and looks great doing it. Lexus IS genius when it comes to building cars. Some things are just great quality and Lexus certainly is one.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

I traded my 2014 q50 for a 2016 IS 200t f sport I don’t regret it love it has less power but it’s more refined and More fun to drive And better resale value my is blue and get compliments all the time

The handling on this car is really good. It gives you the acceleration but it's smooth at the same time. It's sport car which means it's really fast but doesn't have loud engine whick I like. Also, it has plenty of space in the trunk. The back sits are kind of tight for people to sit. But again for sport car it's perfectly designed

Complete satisfaction. What I like most is the comfort you get inside it. That comfort can hardly be gotten at that price elsewhere. The engine performance is also great and I am completely okay with the 255hp.

I just purchased the 2017 Lexus IS 200t at Carmax. It came fully loaded in features as a used car. The black titanium tires were a perfect touch and added to the beauty. The titanium silver exterior is gorgous. I have not used the navigation system yet. I use my phone usually. I will test this shortly. The A/C is cool, the air heaters and coolers are a nice bonus. The comfort and feel is relaxing and soothing. As a 4 cylinder engine it saves on gas, but with the turbo charged add on, it assures you can go fast if need be. I do not race my car, I do not plan on tuning anything. As a used car I do need to get it waxed and clayed, and detailed a little. Defog the lights and center logo. However, This was expected. The car is beautiful, a joy to drive, and adds to the confidence of driving a car. I would recommend this car, used or new. MPG is good, be mindful it is above 25 mpg, using cruise mode as much as possible. I drive carefully, avoiding heavy use on breaks, reving the engine or speeding past or next to cars. I drive in middle or right lanes, unless no traffic, I cruise at 70mpgh averaging 25-27 mpg. Again, it is a luxury car, and sporty. If you need something for longer distance travel and extended mpg, there are other Lexus options. I personally bought this car for myself b/c I needed something I connected with, would enjoy the ride, for comfort and have the sporty feel w/o it being over priced. I paid 26,999 (not included tax) for this car, at 7.95 APR, $204 monthly payments. The car is Fully loaded with all features. it is a 2017, 6 years old, still needs a few touch ups. I enjoy my car, ride it with confidence and highly recommend. Please do your own research and make sure to see and test drive the cars before buying/signing anything.

Much Better Than Expected! Worth the Drive. Purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna I drove several hours to this dealership to check out a specific 2014 Toyota Sienna—and I’m really glad I did. My salesperson, Chris, was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely honest. He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, and was very personable without being pushy. The car was exactly as described, and the buying process was smooth. A day after I brought the Sienna home, the check engine light came on. I was obviously concerned since the sale was already finalized, but Chris immediately told me to bring it back in. The dealership diagnosed it as a faulty sensor and replaced it on the spot with OEM parts at no cost. That kind of post-sale support is rare, and really impressed me—they stood by their product 100%. One thing to note: there are dealership fees totaling about $1,400, which in my case were not negotiable, HOWEVER, the fees do include services like LoJack protection and a paint/interior protectant, so there’s actual value provided—not just markup. Also, if you look at the bottom of the ad, the dealership does mention that they are included. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. The car is running great, the team was professional, and Chris went above and beyond. My experience was much more positive than the online reviews led me to expect. Great car, very comfy and reliable. If you buy this car, know it is not the fastest. I’ve owned my is200t f sport for 4 years and it’s been nothing but great to me. The trunk could be bigger, and the backseats could have a little more leg room for passengers. I’m very happy with the car, it’s basically a luxury Toyota Camry, so you really can’t go wrong unless you like very specific things that Lexus doesn’t offer. Lexus does not offer speed, but reliability.
